I purchased a cell phone mount from this location...while trying to mount it on my side by side it got a little dusty..but the part the cell phone connects to snapped..I walked back into store n the manager said it looked old n dirty n wouldn't exchange it for another one of same make n model..plus shee was very rude!! So I became rude back n said my piece and walked out!! Do not buy anything from this location..u been warned!! I know all locations isn't like this..but to b as rude as this management is is totally uncalled for!! I'd rate it a zero but won't allow that low!! Good luck to those that do buy anything..I hope no one does just so this lady looses her job!! Things here definitely needs change!!

Pretty much run of the mill family dollar . Have a great selection of stuff , and the shelves were pretty much stocked up. This family dollar was very clean.

I had a bill to pay that none of them had ever done before and I had never paid this payment in person, only online. It was a learning experience for all of us and several cashiers and the manager were all there to learn it. They were very patient and friendly throughout the process. I stop there often and absolutely love the staff at this Family Dollar store. Thank you for always being helpful even when technology is working against us. 😊

The place isn't bad, but you can't return phones or cigs or hardly anything. But its a good place just be careful and ask if you can return things before buying or leaving the store. Some employees are nice like really really nice they make the shopping there better then ever. but one was awfully mean.

Update 07/16/2022. I will never forget how rude and terrible my cashier was. Clearly she must have skipped her dose of methadone. Never had a name tag on or I would post her name. She didn't have any idea how to 1. Use a register 2. Treat customers with dignity 3. Smile. Glad to see that as I was pulling out she was outside smoking a cigarette. She wouldn't (couldn't) pull up the place that allows you to put your number in for smart coupons. So she cost me upwards of $20 in coupons. But clearly she didn't care. I'm all about giving everybody a chance, but she's apparently had too many chances. Shame on you family dollar for allowing a loyal customer to be treated poorly and taken advantage of. 😞

The employees are the best! I want to start there. The store is clean and the prices are good. The only issue I have is lack of inventory /stock. They're usually out or low on most items. Other that that, the parking is plentiful and easy to access.

Stood in line for 25 minutes and found out they couldn't take credit cards just cash. The poor girl at the register was doing the best she could while the other stood off to the side on her cell phone. I've done this type work for over 20 years, complete lack of any type of customer service.

It was a little slow the day I visited. As in I was the 7th person in line and the cashier was doing her best but the other employees just wouldn't come up front to help her.

The place was great all of the workers were friendly help me with my things that I bought took them out to the car for me unloaded him and of course the prices are always good the staff is really friendly and nice go there all the time

This Family Dollar was always popular, but crowded and hard to navigate with a shopping cart. They have upgrade substantially, into what for this area could be termed a Family Dollar superstore. Definitely the go-to dollar store in Logan County now.

All the employees park directly in front of the building, so anyone that handicap can't park makes it hard on the handicap ppl .The employees smoke right at the front door .
