I rarely have any issues with prescriptions at Walgreens, if I do, it’s promptly figured out and filled. I rarely have to wait more than 15 minutes and that’s with no notice to fill ahead of time. Pharmacist & pharmacy technicians are great! I appreciate all of Walgreens in Kingwood Wv employees 🙂

Was loyal to Rite Aid for years before the buyout and remained loyal to Walgreens ever since, even through all of their major issues, including no pharmacy hours on weekends for two months, missing medication because of issues with the pharmacy, etc. Until today. I will never step foot in that store again. Called Kingwood Pharmacy to transfer my profile and any meds that have refills. My husband is also going to switch to KP.Good going, Walgreens pharmacy department. Two more loyal customers out the door.

Scheduled a Covid test in advance. Showed up with a confirmation from Walgreens and all addtional requirements as instructed. Lady stated we were not approved for the test! I have insurance, ID and symptoms. They failed to have a reason why and asked that we wait until they could find out. Not sure how we can have a confirmation and not be approved for testing that was scheduled well in advance. Let alone their staff has no clue/answers as to why. I would not waist your time as they has waisted ours. Go some where else, Poor service!

Walgreens took over these places from Rite-Aid. The company that redid the Electric did not use Licensed electricians. They used cheap, informal labor. In fact the guy who did the work was a alcoholic to boot. Any inspector should check the wok performed. I complained to Walgreens company headquarters and they simply laughed not caring

Very unprofessional. Waited 3 1/2 hours for a prescription to be filled and they still haven’t “reviewed “ it yet. Ended up going back three different times before having it switched elsewhere.

Watched all the staff leave while there was five people waiting in line...only leaving one person to tend to all the people, so unprofessional. Last time it took 3 days to fill my prescription. I will not be returning...

Very clean establishment friendly helpful staff, drive thru pick up of prescriptions offered, full liquor store inside, offers wide selection of items. Also offers vaccinations and boosters.

They take the longest to fill prescriptions and mine are always sent in the night before horrible

Went for a covid shot. Took 45 minutes to get it. Wasn't busy, but pharmacist was too preoccupied with putting down local businesses.
