3/24/23 10 pm.Went to the drive-thru. I got a Big Mac meal. When did they start putting the tiny cheese burger burgers on the Big Mac? Look at the pic. Notice how much the bun is bigger than the meat. And it didn't have sauce on it. I called the store, and the women claimed that it was right? Only things big about this sandwich is the disappointment and the price! My large fry was soggy and old! Not worth the money! I wish Kingwood had a Burger King!

Terrible place to eat. didn't have very good leadership at all!!! went in mcdonalds around 11 Am we ordered a basket of fries and they were cold and old as if they were sitting their forever. we ordered two drinks as we were dining in and they wouldn't give us our cups and told us we had to wait till we got our food. then we just went around 6 pm tonight for something to eat and i ordered two crispy sandwiches and one of those with mayo and i barley got one drop of mayo on my sandwich when i went back in and showed them it she said she had to take it back for inventory, which i would have thrown it away out in the lobby but as i work in fast food in kingwood also i know thats not allowed and is called cross contamination and could be very dangerous to other people especially a 3/4 eaten sandwhich and she was very rude when we asked her to repeat herself because she was talking way to fast and she slowed all the way down and pronounced it as if we were stupid definitely will go somewhere else to eat next time!!

I don’t appreciate the fact that my friends and I were screamed at by Paulette because we ordered 40 nuggets and asked for extra sauces. Not a single McD’s charges for extra sauces but we were yelled at for it and it was extremely unnecessary. Simply tell, not yell. I ALWAYS have a problem with Kingwood Mcds, whether it be rude employees or being yelled at for making employees do their job. She stated “this time I will give them to you, next time I’m not” and continue on yelling.

Current crew working there is disrespectful and constantly messing up orders and closing early today was 12 mins till 11 and already closed. Few weeks ago tried stopping at 1030 they just refused to answer intercom sat there for 15 mins already placed mobile order and paid. Pulled to window knocking for 5 mins till someone came to say they're closed it was 10:50

I went through the drive through ordered my meal and asked for 3 hot sauces to eat with my fries. Didn’t give me my hot sauce. Got 2 cheeseburgers with no mustard they gave me to regular burgers with nothing on them and lastly I asked for a large coke didn’t get my drink and the lady at the window looked at me like I was crazy for saying I didn’t get anything I asked for

This McDonald's will never be as cool as it was when it very first opened, but it's still a good McDonald's.The staff are nice and attentive and it seems like they follow the directions to make the food right.I highly recommend you order whatever the newest thing is, because they will be most excited to make that and they'll do the best jib at it.

Had a pretty good experience at McDonald's in Kingwood. They were very busy when I arrived. Several cars in the drive through. I was pleased with the speed of our service. The food was hot and fresh. My order was correct as well, which always makes me happy.

Their food is ok and their service is fast on most days. I wish they had more sauces and onion rings. It's nice and clean but their bathrooms are small and their hand dryer machines are extremely weak.

Very rarely do I get food here that is not cold. Over cooked breaded products that are so hard you can’t bite into. It management is good at taking care of it. But it should be done right the 1st time. I make it a point not to use this McDonald’s

This by far was the best vets office I have ever been to. It was a sad day for me. But they did all that could have been done they were fast and comforted me and my family in the end. I could not believe the compassion. I was very happy with how they handled everything. If anyone questions rather they are a good place to take there pet..... YES hands down best ever. Thank you so much for everything you all did for me and my family.

The burgers had no flavor the frys had no salt. The only good thing was the coca cola. It keeps getting sadder and sadder staff are rude act like they don't wanna be there and just don't care to take your order . Half act like they can't hear you. This is the rudest McDonald's I've been too.

Service here is horrible. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Went through drive through tried giving me another persons order. Then didn’t fill my whole order. Then when I went to eat my hot cakes they were cold as if they were ice cold and disgusting. They weren’t even busy. Every time I go here I swear I will never go back so after a year or two I give it a try and am always disappointed.

Great place to stop in and grab lunch, but the only have one stall in the bathroom and no music playing so as I stood there peeing the guy who ran into the stall before me blew out the bowl with a #2 and I was left standing there equally as blown away and devastated that I could hear literally everything because they didn’t play music or anything in the tiny bathroom. But hey aside from that my burgers were alright. And fries were fresh.
