I'm giving this place 5 stars because of the people that work there. I had a very, very large group come through and they made it look easy.Best of all, they supported my order without question - oh, you're short on fries? Here's three more. Short a sandwich? We'll make you a new one right away.Staff admitted there was some panic to fulfill, but again, they made it look easy!

Poor service by the blue shirted “manager” on duty. I understand it’s probably not the most rewarding job but attitude goes a long way.Place is filthy, bathrooms are something out of a horror movie and we threw our food away because it was absolutely disgusting. How do you make somebody wait 20+ minutes for food and then serve it cold? (Yes we attempted to eat it, it was literally un-edible). $44 I’ll never get back. Lessons learned, won’t return. I’ve heard bad things before but never went enough to experience anything negative but this was enough. If I could give a negative review I would. YUCK!

$65.15 for luke warm food. The french fries were so cold we had to put them in the air fryer. Sadly, they tasted so bad from old grease we still couldn’t eat them. Oh, and the burnt chicken fingers? Just an extra reminder of how inadequate this restaurant is

This is what I got for the #11 combo at $9.00.This isn’t the first time I’ve had terrible sandwiches! Is it that hard? I was the only one in line. The fries were SO salty u couldn’t even eat them.

Order a monster burger combo that was 14 dollars. Drive home to eat which is 25 mins away and it's not even close to what I ordered. So I can to let them know and get my money back cause I can't eat what I got. No answer so I called about 5 more times.... no answer. Drove back in and got my money back and will NOT eat or order there again. This isn't the first time they messed it up.

This place is an absolute joke.They serve tacos with barely anything on them,then to boot this garbage gets served to my girlfriend today and the location's response "oh,it's not burnt it's just the oil".Hmmmm,wonder how many days in a row the same oil is being used? This is also the same place that I ordered a bacon thickburger from years ago and they serve me a bun with bacon and topping,no burger.....truly pathetic.

Great burgers and burritos right across the street from Fox's Pizza and the grocery store, Sav-a-Lot. Plenty of menu items for everyone to choose from along with Coca-Cola products on the fountain.

The customer service was very good. Food was hot and fresh and had good flavor. The overall appearance of the restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. We stopped only to use the restroom but quickly changed our minds and decided to eat. Thank you for a good hot meal on our way through your town.

The staff at this Hardee's is very friendly, and I was pleased with the food overall. I splurged for an Angus burger combo and would definitely say that it beats a Whopper hands-down. My fries were a bit soggy and cool, so I'm dropping one star for that. This Hardee's offers a first responder/military discount...that's great. I would recommend this Hardee's.

It's Hardee's so I guess you know the style of food, but it is always good quality here, the store is clean and the service is usually quick. Today, however, they forgot my fries when I went through the drive-thru and I didn't notice until I was long gone... but I'm not complaining, the two sandwiches filled me up well enough. 😃

So this Hardee's is so up and down its difficult to give it a positive rating, considering the majority of our experiences were bad. A few months back I went through the drive thru and got our usually bacon burgers, etc.. On that particular day the good was decent.. But since that trip I've attempted to get good food from this establishment and have failed each time.. Always cold, something missing, or someone else's stuff...

This is supposed to be a steakhouse, first thing we were told AFTER sitting down was they had no steak??? Waited for over an hour after order was taken and food was still not even started. They tried to charge us full price for our drinks and food. Paid for drinks and left. Never been treated like this before or even waited this long. The pizza place down the street where we ended up got us 2 fully cooked pizzas in 10mins. Avoid this place like the plague.

Food was not cooked properly, all of the employees disappeared for a smoke break & we could not get help. There was no ice in the machine. There was 6 of us, it was an awful experience.Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the front entrance

By far the absolute worst fast food experience in my entire life and I'm a fan of Hardee's. Ordered two burritos and fries. The rice inside the burritos either wasn't cooked or had sat out all day. It was super hard and discolored. Absolutely not edible in any way. They didn't put fries in my bag either.

Credit/debit machine not working. Wasn't informed until after the order was placed. My son ordered the baby back rib thickburger, the rib was less than an inch long, and shriveled up like it was days old and reheated in a microwave. Service and food overall bad. Waited 15-20 minutes for the food. Only rating a 1, because I have to select something.

Had to pull over to wait forever for food. Got home and realized they forgot fries. Called and they said they would replace the fry. I thought they should have offered more compensation like a coupon for a meal. They said “they don’t do that”
