This store is not the best one I've been in. The variety of items they have available are okay, not great. They kain problem with this location is more often than not you have to stand at the checkout line & wait for a cashier to come. The reason you have to wait is because they are often busy stocking shelves as well. I know they have a lot to do throughout their shifts, if a lot of products need stocked, they need to have some extra help scheduled for that day. Other than that, the cashiers are always very friendly.

Love that the place is convenient to where I live and the people who work there were nice. Other than that wish the place was a little more organized and they had more than one cashier working at night

Very friendly, clean, organized. Becca was absolutely amazing in answering questions and very friendly to my son and I. Not being from the area, that really stood out to me.

Good store, location is optimal for high volume business considering it has little to No competition in down town Kingwood the closest it has is Walmart and it's miles away, still the staff is usually friendly and courteous, it's usually stocked to the max and always has new products

The food was very good The waitresses wear awesome I highly recommend I will definitely be going back. Oh yeah did I tell you about the waitresses they are awesome

My trip here was for not. I was looking for jolt cola. I looked everywhere. They did not have it in stock. If you need quick grocery and other things stop in.

Not quite as big as other Dollar General stores and doesnt have quite the selection other DG stores have but you can find some unique items here and they have all the items that are necessities as well as other items.

did not appreciate the fact that when it was my turn to check out the girl behind the register had to go smoke a cigarette and there was only one person in front of me and no one behind me how rude Kingwood West Virginia Dollar general is.

Easy to find what your lookin for but they intentionally closed early one night I ran out to grab some milk... it was jst ridiculous.

The store is dirty with merch still in boxes blocking isles. The Asst Manager complained nonstop about corporate and was rude to customers. They need a manager at this DG!

Went to this store today me if I was the manager I would be alarmed for people to shop there as cluttered up as things are things pushed all around on shelves things scattered all over the place no recovery at this store needs new management there sorry needs improved big time

This store is so slow to ring you out and the stuff is reused and broke by employees also the pet food they sale is soaked in antifreeze by employees( It time to update or close it's doors for ever)
