Awesome staff! Megan and Taylor were so helpful with the dog bath. We had a brand new very dirty puppy and they both spent plenty of time helping us figure everything out and giving us tips. Highly recommend!!

The workers are nice and help when you need help. But ever since they moved down to the plaza they don’t seem to stock much of anything half the stuff I go for seem to be always out of stock mainly certain bolts and lynch pins and springs and other stuff like that.for that stuff I have to go to Romney store.

Most of the employees are pretty awesome... My Sister works here. They seem to treat her decent... last time I was there for personal shopping a gentlemen helped me and my friend out and knew his stuff... the reason I'm giving four instead of five is a personal reason. But all in all a decent place to shop.

Tractor Supply is my fiance & I's go to store for A LOT of things! From our new pellet stove, wood pellets, weed-eaters, our baby ducks I could go on... We've ALWAYS had excellent, polite and friendly customer service! Glad to see the new store had it's grand opening and what an AWESOME upgrade.

Came here to get some stuff to start a little garden and they had everything I needed.The clerk was super helpful and even spent a lot of time explaining things to me and answering all my questions.I now grow all of my vegetables and a couple of fruit trees are currently growing in my back yard right here in town.

Fast, Friendly, and Helpful. We knew it would be closing time when we got to the store. We called ahead to see if they had the tool we needed. The employee found what we needed and had it waiting for us at the register when we arrived. Thats what I call AMAZING service!

When's there to rent and always and they did not have the equipment that they told me they had on the phone so I had to end up buying a ball and hitch also they sent a woman out did you try to help me and she did nothing but sit and watch very bad experience at Keyser Tractor Supply. Have questions and whether or not I would go back and Shop there

This store is always the best of 3 I shop. The inventory be is normally well stocked. Sorry none of the Tractor Supply stores really stock much in actual Tractor Supplies.

First of all, I love Tractor Supply Co. I have spent over $4,000 there in the past 5 months. I usually shop at the Moorefield store, because I've had great service there. However, the Keyser store is near my home, so occasionally I do go there. After today, Moorefield will have 100% of my business. The employees at the Keyser store not only lied to me, but were rude to me as well.I have nothing negative to say about the company itself, but something should really be done about the customer service at the Keyser store. In my opinion, if you want to be treated with respect, drive a few extra miles and visit the Moorefield store.
