Prices were inflated almost double of other DQ's. (We ate the chicken tender baskets just a few says later, still in WV.) Cashier argued about their own difference in price between 4 piece tender basket and new 4 piece chicken basket with fries and onion rings. Difference was $2.77, she insisted it was $2.00, which was ridiculous. They failed to give us the dipping gravy, in either basket. When I asked, a nice young man gladly got it, while I had to stand and wait for several minutes, while my food was getting cold.

If you like Dairy Queen, don't miss this one. Besides being one of the few ice cream places in Keyser, it also has one of the best staff at a Dairy Queen ever, perhaps one of the best at any fast food restaurant. Oh yeah, the ice cream and food is pretty great too.Kid-friendliness: Ice cream, what's more kid friendly than that?

Liked this Dairy Queen. The set ups in the stores all seem different and no two seem to be the same. Friendly staff and everything looked to be clean and neat.

Went through drive thru and order a cherry mister misty. One car at the window. Waited 10 minutes behind the car before I got out of my car and went to the window. My Mister misty was setting on the counter beside the cash register. 4 employees standing in the grill area I’m assuming waiting on the food for the car in front of me. The girl came to the window I paid her and she gave me my drink. Would it have been too much to ask to run it to my car since it was ready and sitting on the counter. I’m done with this Dairy Queen! Knobley Farms has better ice cream anyway!

The cashier was kind and courteous, the runner (wearing a 🍔 mask which i thought was super cute!!!) was fast and accurate. I had chicken tenders and fries they were amazing! Honestly some of the best service i have had from and fast food joint.

Ordered two flamethrower burgers through the drive thru. When we got home and unwrapped found the burgers were burnt and tasted strange. This location has really gone down hill as far as the food is concerned. The ice cream is still great though and the staff is extremely friendly. If we didn't live 15 mins away I would have taken the burgers back.

If you're just looking for a quick lunch and nothing more, this is the place to go. Nothing really fancy or special about it. They do have outdoor seating. Employees were nice enough. Only major complaint was the bathroom was horrible. Urine on the floor and in toilet, and it smelled strongly of pee, kinda nasty especially, right before you eat. Might be back if I was in a rush and needed some quick food.

I was visiting family for the 4th and stopped here for a quick bite to eat, I would give this place a 0 star if it was possible, food was absolutely terrible fries tasted like fish for some odd reason old grease I suppose and burger was dry and old maybe had a pea size amount of ketchup and mayo, we actually threw the meals away and went to McDonald's and purchased an entire other meal. The town and restaurants have went downhill sadly.

Went here a few weeks ago since I was in town. I've been to a few different Dairy Queen locations over the years and so far this one doesn't seem to be up to par with the others. I ordered a chicken strips basket since that is my usual order when I go to Dairy Queen, and what I got was chicken strips that were so small they should actually be called nuggets, and a very small portion of fries compared to what other Dairy Queen locations give you. The food tastes good and the workers were very friendly, in fact the service was even better than some other locations, but it is unfortunate that the food is not up to par.

Ordered and waited a half hour to find out that they accidentally handed our order out the drive-thru window. Waited another 15 minutesand took my receipt up to get a refund and the cook drops my bag of food on the counter in front of me and says here ya go. he was so far out of line the poor little girl that I was talking to with ran to the back and came back and gave me $20 free coupons and apologize

2 days in a row I went there and ordered oreo blizzard with chocolate ice cream. The second day I told them about my first day experience not getting barely any Oreos in the blizzard. I still barely had any Oreos in the second one. They aren't the only ice cream place in town. They might wanna get quality control in check.

The caramel that was put on the Sunday was perfect not too little not too much it's actually too much. The hypothesis was put on the Sunday was also perfect. The food tasted good. The people were friendly.

not a fan but I don't do much ice cream and I don't eat fast food except maybe a Chick-fil-A sandwich twice a year for a treat. I would totally eat here on the regular if they still had the Hawaiian blizzard. in my opinion it was by far the best I've cream dish I've ever had! the pumpkin pie was the last one I had and it wasn't for me. #bringbackHawaiian🤟

Was just at the Keyser DQ and they were not busy, while ordering food the fryer area was covered in French fries. I understand if they would have been busy , but being slow and it looking like that . Not good for business in my opinion.

I had the Chili Cheese Dog combo with 🍟, because substituting cheese curds was too pricey when compared to the same substitution for burger combos. The fries were quite good, crispy exterior with a soft, warm center. I just had to track down a full ketchup bottle. The 🌭 was standard fare with no particular snap when you bite it. The chili sauce was quite good, if a little sweet, and there was plenty of soft (untoasted) bun action. I did get a side of cheese curds. They were a bit salty, but very filling. I didn't have room for desert.

We went thru the drive thru, placed our order, got to the window and paid. Checked the order once we got home and of course we didn't get everything. We were missing 3 items. It's been almost a year since I've been there because I kept having the same problem. So we stopped going. We came through Keyser last night and thought we would give it another try....nothing has changed. Not happy at all and won't waste me time going back.

I used to only get their shakes and drinks. Recently I tried their burger and onion rings and was really surprised at how good it tasted.
