The building is old and kinda dilapidated, but the food is pretty good. You will usually have to wait a little while on your food, so don't go there if you are in a hurry. Also, I am not sure why, but it is very dark inside, like they need to use some brighter light bulbs or something.Parking: Not a lot of close parking, but there is a huge empty parking lot all around the restaurant. Handicap parking is available, the problem is everyone parks right where it is in front of the entrance, even though they aren't handicapped themselves.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly options to choose from.Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment is very wheelchair accessible.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could… first I was in the line to have my order taken for 20 minutes. Then we FINALLY get up to the window & the girl that makes the ice creams throws the straw for a milkshake at us & it falls to the ground & doesn’t even say anything about getting a new one. THEN, I ordered a large hot fudge sundae with whipped cream. She didn’t put it on when she gave it to me the first time, so I ask her if she could add it to my sundae. She rolls her eyes, & turns around to go add it. & well, you see how that turned out… My first & my last time going to this place!

This DQ is a great place to eat; the food is great and affordable and the staff work quickly and are really friendly. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for some good food at an affordable price. Their ice cream and desserts are also Awesome.

Pulled into the Drive-thru after another car was just leaving. Was 3 Girls standing where they take the orders, and said they wasn't taking anymore orders for the night. So I pulled out and went to the Dollar Store next door, when I came out I seen people in the Drive-Thru. So I pulled in behind them, once I got up to the speaker the girl said on it that you were just here, and I replied yes I sure was, and she took my order. I know for people here in Kermit this is pretty much the only fast food restaurant they have, But I believe I'll go to Inez or Williamson with my Business for now on.

Been eating there 20 yrs.went there today with my family they didn't give us all of our order. We ask 3 times for our sasages and hash browns for our breakfast they never brought it to us . bisquits was burnt hard as rock. I was so hungry wish the food had been fit to eat .like a refund I also put in complaint on website with my info. Last week I ordered number 1 with bacon they didn't put it on it. Didn't say anything but today has made me speak out . $30.00 bucks refund would be fair for both meals make this right Kermit WV Dairy Queen.

Food was good, people were nice, but the religious music playing over the speakers was a bit much. It was horrible. If I wanted to hear bad music about god, I'd go to church...not Dairy Queen. If you're gonna go, I'd advise using the drive thru.

Terrible - Hot Dog and Bun were so hot you could not eat it.... I would guarantee it came out of a Microwave... Chili Sauce was very dark and over cooked.... Then the fries were cold and not cooked completely.... I now have indigestion should have take it back instead of eating.... my fault... definitely not what I have come to expect from a Dairy Queen.

Horrible service and very employees. Called to try to get the owner or district managers phone number and they refused. They let us order something that apparently they didn't sell which was slew dogs(what DQ doesn't sell slaw dogs) and then refused to give a refund then treated us horribly.

Love this place when I'm in town you can have hot breakfast and dinner at the same time always a hit with me. Plus it's so friendly they make you feel like you are welcome 5 stars all the time.

I ordered a Resse cup ice cream cake for my son. Show up to pick up the cake and they didn't even have the cake. Tried telling us no ordered was placed.

Took 15 minutes to get 2 blizzards to go and they only put sprinkled the top with toppings. The rest of the cup was plain vanilla. The place wasn't even busy. We will go to dairy bar in Warfield next time.

This was the worst place. Waited 20 mins for my food then had to throw away my burger because it wasn't done. I was traveling through town and couldn't turn around and take the food back. I will NEVER EVER eat there again!!!
