It's been over an hour since our bad experience and my innocent baby boys and my brother with an Traumatic brain injury are still crying. Awful experience!I never shop at this place and I will never shop here again because of a verbally violent employee named Stacy. I reported the entire incident,hopefully something will be done. I've seen alot of reviews claiming this lady is a pretty big problem at the store.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. A very clean and well organized business. The prices are far better than other stores. I love the atmosphere there. I always recommend this Save A Lot store. I appreciate all the employees who make shopping there an experience of shopping that is also helpful to those who have disabilities by helping to shop and get their groceries into your vehicle. Thank you so much, Save A Lot, and all your employees, for all you do to make shopping easier and pleasant for all your shoppers.

The Save-A-Lot in Kenova West Virginia is the only place that I will buy any meat products from. The mests are always fresh and priced right, and now they have a convenient little deli now since they're rebuilt. it's a clean store, friendly knowledgeable staff, always seem to be busy, working hard. It's just the type of grocery store you want to go to. It's not all cluttered and crowded and full of unnecessary things like big places such as Walmart and Target, Etc.

Store is very nice since it has been renovated, they do try and have really good specials running that are affordable and very competitive prices. Staff is also very pleasant. Very clean store, kept and stocked well. They will make great efforts at customers requests. Nicest Save A Lot I've ever been too.

The workers were good. They even had my soul seasoning. Only place that I found it at. The main complaint I have is that some of the items I purchased did not ring up the same price. I was overcharged. It was late at night and I didn't have time to go back. It's hard to unload the buggy, put bags in the buggy and watch to see if it rung up right at the same time. We (customer) expect the business to not overcharge or take advantage of us

Great place to get decent priced groceries. They are also really great to me with a service animal.Never had a problem, until today (7/24/2023). My mother is currently using a walker from having knee surgery. She uses the in store wheelchair until she can walk unhindered. As she is checking out, the cashier (I believe her name is Stacy from the receipt) yelled at me that I can’t take the groceries out until she pays. That’s fine. It’s the attitude afterward that was really uncalled for. After my mother paid, I asked if I could have her permission to take the groceries then, and she was so rude, flailing her arms, but I couldn’t hear, other than I don’t need to come back. The young lady, who is really sweet and always friendly on my multiple visits a week to the store, apologized as she helped with the bags, and said she is always mean to people. I’m so angry for the blatant disrespect I received from the woman. In front of my mother! Was I going to steal groceries and leave her behind to hobble away? Guess I won’t be back there since this lady is the owner and told me I’m not welcome there. Ridiculous and sad since I’ve always went to this store since before it burned.

They save a lots in Kenova West Virginia the employees there is very groomed clean and very respectful among each other in front of customers and the pricing is so so, their produce is very clean when they put it and the respectful places I have seen this place never from the back to the front and a disrespectful manner. I like to buy my canned food there. I seem to get a better price there than at Wal-Mart or Kroger on cans. Also staff is friendlier and works at a more leisurely pace
