Bought a Central pneumatic 18 gauge nail gun on 3/25/2023. Only used it twice, only changed nails 3 times. I oiled gun both times was putting up trim work on 7/22/23 it did not work. When I bought the nailer I thought it had a 1 year warranty. Come to find out today, was told most of there products on my have a 90 day warranty. Very unsatisfied with this product and the company. I don’t remember being told it only had a 90 day warranty. My mistake for assuming a longer warranty. It won’t happen again.

Love the new location and the isles seem wider. Associates are always very knowledgeable and eager to help.(not over eager!) Very pleasant.

Ok, so HF doesn't carry a lot of high-dollar tools, but they do carry a lot of tools; and, if you watch what you buy, you get some good things to work with. I own HF wrenches, sockets, impact sockets, a table saw, a 10 inch sliding compound miter saw, numerous hammers, squares, other measuring tools, an electric planer, a jigsaw, and a sander. I have a 5- drawer mechanics cart that is the best tool storage I own. If you work in a place where the environment is rough on metal, HF is the way to go for tools.

Great value, bang for your buck! Not always the best quality, bit of it's something you don't use all the time and just need to get out of a pinch and want to buy something for cheaper than you could rent it in some cases, give them a shot. That being said, it isn't all junk. There are some high quality tools here as well. Some tools I would put against their brand name counterparts any day, some I wouldn't waste my money on. Great staff. Older building doesn't look the best, but face it, you're not here for the showroom, you're here for the value!

If you know what to look for there are some really good deals on tools and equipment here. I have quite a lot of stuff from Harbor Freight that I’ve had for many years and still use often. The same tools from major brands may be more refined but they also cost a lot more. I have no complaints with the things I’ve bought from Harbor Freight and I’ve saved a lot of money in the process.

The guys and gals were very helpful. Bought a 3 ton Daytona jack (comparable to Snap-on) just wish they had a coupon. Price was just under $300 after tax.

This is the place to get tools cheap enough to use once or twice as disposable tools. They will last for a job or two then probably break. But with the low prices it is a great solution for a tool you will only use to get that one job done. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have a wide selection of cheap tools.

Great tools at an even better price. Quality is a lot better than it used to be. Their hand tools and automotive tools are great. However. If your looking for longevity, stay away from the drill master brand power tools.

I love this store, good tools at a low price. I'm not super good with a lot of tools and don't want to spend the Crazy Prices for the brand names. Generally I use a tool then it sits for months. Since I didn't spend a lot of money I can afford increase my tool collection. Have to give the store five stars!

Best Harbor Freight around. Staff is always friendly even though it seems that they put up with some rude customers a lot. Good layout and easy to find things. Prices are great, don't forget your Coupons!

Sometimes you need a brand name tool. Most of the time, you just need A tool. For items I do buy at HF, they've all suited my needs. The only ding I would have against them is the staff only seem knowledgeable about where items are at, if they carry it. If it's not a normal stocked item, they probably won't even know what it is. But to be fair, "tools" is a VERY big topic, so I don't let it bother me. If they have it, they know where it is. Makes me happy.

Just keep an eye on what the price rings up as on your items. They have the regular price, sales price, and club price. I'm a club member and have been charged regular price even after them inputting my information. There should be a better system in place to make for sure customers are getting charged correctly.

What I love about HF is how they've come out with tiered tool quality. If I'm doing a small home job, I can get the $30 version of the tool as opposed to the $125 version a contractor would need. It's great!

It pretty hit and miss here. Some things are a good value and some are not. Hand tools are on the low end, my experience has shown that they are frequently out of tolerance. My bench grinder seems to hold up. My father's rule about HF is, if you'll only need it once buy it at HF, if you'll use it constantly better get a better brand. As for their tool cabnets they have held up in a small shop environment.
