I really like the food at Sheetz so I thought I would get the breakfast burrito. Burrito is tasteless and greasy. I threw out half of the burrito it was soooo bad!Thought I’d give this store another chance but the rating went from two star to one star. I ordered on-line and drove to the store 10 minutes later then waited another 10 minutes. No sauce’s, which where ordered, where with the order, nor were there any of the ordered hash browns. Didn’t realize the discrepancy until I was already home. This store needs new management.

Sheetz has gone downhill terribly!!! They keep raising the price of their food and giving you less. I ordered crispy chicken sliders with Buffalo sauce and ranch, there might have been an eye dropper of each on them, and you pay extra for each!!! RIPOFF!!! Another time I ordered 5 chicken strips (almost $8), they gave me 5 nuggets that were smaller than McDonald's nuggets. I welcome their competitors to our area. Sheetz used to be a go to, now they are one I will avoid.

Local gas station that is a underachieving sheetz with the potential to be a legend. Sheetz Freak here of over 3 years and the bad news on this spot is its my least favorite sheetz. The MTG and MTO sucks you're lucky if your food is made correctly. I'm serious today i gave it another chance i did not want to drive all the way to 81 for my usual spot to order MTO and of course my hotzerella sticks were crushed and cold at the bottom and the rest of my food looked weird again like it was gripped a little too hard order was made accurate this time so thats a little better than last time. Their inventory is weird and different than the other gas stations and sheetzs. The good news about this place its close to home, its the only spot for some cold ghost energy drinks in a 5 mile radius, and the beer cave that's it.

I have never received my order in less than 15 minutes. This is for 2 hotdogs and mozzarella sticks. Also most of the time they place my order with the mobile orders even though I ordered on the kiosk and payed at the front. Super frustrating when you're trying to get something quick and in the case of today, this order took 25 minutes for me to receive. I do not recommend buying food here, it'd be quicker to drive to the next closest Sheetz instead.

The only reason I keep going to this sheetz is because it's less than a mile from my house but honestly it's more worth it to just drive to Shepherdstown or Martinsburg at this point. I can count on one hand the amount of times they've gotten my order right. And it'll be the simplest stuff, boneless bites tossed with Buffalo, I get plain boneless bites not even sauce on the side, random lettuce on my fry platters, a frozen latte with no vanilla syrup when I ordered extra, the list goes on

They do not even deserve one star. They staff is rude and the are un organized. They had everones orders wrong. Then argue with you. I left and and open food and i took it right back wrong again. Go to the 711 its much better customer service. The manager was even rude. Food looked like slop! Would even feed to a dog.

I stopped this evening to see if the Martinsburg Journal had ran my father’s obituary and asked if I could look at a paper and see. It was printed and I was going to purchase the remaining copies. They rang them up and told me no charge we are very sorry for the loss of your father. What an an amazing company!

Some are better than others but i hate coffee grounds in my coffee n not being fully stocked on their creamers always out of something i have to use mixture of things to compasate my taste for coffee. At least sell coffee creamers for the times u don't have any. If u don't drink coffee don't make the coffee.

This is a unique Sheetz due to the fact it's not located in a densely populated area so it's usually easy in and out. Its a well managed store and the staff are nice. My Sheetz of choice for sure.

ran out of gas with only 10 bucks emergency cash. walked here. Turns out they charge 20 bucks for a gas can that other gas stations charge 3.99 for and couldnt get gas and their overpriced gas can. I explained the tough situation I was in and the manager flippantly refused to help me in any way. even offered to leave my Id to no avail. I proceeded to walk up to 7/11 up the street by the VA. dont go here go up the street.

Ordered my sandwich and the pretzel bun was hard as a rock. Would just be nice if whoever is making the food could use better judgment. If you wouldn't eat it, dont use it. That is all

Excellent convenience store with all types of your shopping needs. Has all grades of fuel. Also they have a 24/7 subs, sandwiches and drinks including alcohol beverages. Is open 24/7 never closes.

Old lady I front that rang me up was having a full conversation with another costumer while I was ringing out. Didnt give me a space to ask for the pods I needed, and proceeded to not tell me the total while I was standing there staring at my cash, I payed her and recieved change without a single word from her to me, all the while still conversating with this other costumer who is literally standing over my shoulder while I'm ringing out. What the hell was that. Worst experience I've ever had a sheetz, hire some people who know how to work.

Never been to this one. My first time stood out. The lady at the register was super nice, not in the bare minimum way. Other than that, it's a sheetz. Mission accomplished.

Was in there about 25 minutes ago. Got breakfast, came home and realized they forgot my cheesy bacon tater bombs. And there's no number listed to call. Still giving them 4 stars becuase this is the only time I've had them mess up an order.

If you place a mobile order and it takes longer than the app told you, chances are they're just keeping the food on a shelf in their kitchen. Today was the third time I've ordered through the app and they didn't put the food on the mobile order stand so I had to ask an employee where it was. Not sure why it makes sense to leave it sitting on the shelf but they like to do it. Food usually isn't warm and they won't do anything about it.

Went to fuel up the food truck and grab power steering fluid. They don't carry power steering fluid, which I find odd because it is a gas station.
