Hands down the best place to take your pets for both grooming and boarding. Very professional, great prices, ive had my dogs both boarded and groomed here several times in the last few years. They truly love what they do and my dogs are in safe hands with them every time. I wouldnt trust anywhere else. Highly highly recommend!

Our 14.5 year old border collie mix has sensitive skin and has to have a summer cut done every 8-10ish weeks to keep his hair from making him too itchy and causing him to scratch. Due to a move, we had to find a new groomer in this area. When looking up groomers we saw that The Grooming room had glowing reviews and it seemed like they would do right by us and our baby. We called and scheduled the appointment and were able to get him in pretty quickly. I was very specific about what cut and grooming I wanted done for him at drop off. They only accept cash, so I had already paid and tipped before they brought him out to me. They almost completely shaved my baby. 😡 Long haired breeds are not supposed to have their coats completely shaved down and this could cause him to have trouble regulating temperature until his coat grows back. I rarely ever feel the need to write negative reviews, but please please reconsider leaving your long haired babies here for grooming and if you do just know that this could happen to yours. We will not be bringing him back to The Grooming Room... so disappointed in the grooming and service we received.

I am extremely picky on where I take my dog. But she enjoys her time here, and the staff takes great care of her. You can tell the staff cares about animals and are extremely kind and friendly. I highly recommend.

We took our beloved cat to a daycare for the first time while me and my husband went on vacay for a couple of days.. that turned into a week due to delays and circumstances and the staff here were so accommodating and understanding. Our cat wasnt at all mad at us when we picked him up and looked to be cared for while we were away. 23 a day was well worth it and Im a happy momma, will be taking our baby here again in the future.

We LOVE Grooming Room & Pet Suites. The staff is amazing. You can tell they are truly animal lovers. We've boarded both of our dogs there several times over the years and while we hate to leave them, we always felt comfortable that they were in good hands when we drive away. There is someone that is always around and if they are busy taking care of the animals, we leave a message and they call right back. When we pick up Logan (our Labrador Retriever) she smells and looks great and she seems happy. Unfortunately our dog Sammie passed away recently but when she did go there we know she was well taken care of. They have a fenced area out back that the dogs can run around in and interact and play with other dogs so we know Logan is not in the kennel the whole time - which makes us happy. The other wonderful thing about them is they don't nickel and dime you. There's no extra fees for play time or for them to administer medications. You can get their nails trimmed there or have them groomed for an extra fee but other than that - you never feel like they are in it just for the money. Granted, they are a small business so they need to make money but they don't make you or your dogs feel like a commodity. Their prices for boarding are fantastic too. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We will be customers forever.

I first found the grooming room when my family was going through an emergency. They were the only boarding place that called me back when I needed to board my dogs while my dad was dying. Thankfully, they had room for them. Once the dogs were checked in they told me not to worry about how long we needed to be gone. The dogs would have a place there until we could return. They are amazing, accommodating, and truly care for the animals. We have used them since. Our dogs enjoy going here.

About a month ago we boarded our 1.5 year old German Shepherd, Sascha with Grooming Room for a weekend. She had never been boarded or been apart from us since we got her and can be very timid and backwards with strangers. Diana, Vicki and the whole staff were so great with her! It’s very comforting to know that someone is ALWAYS there on the premises. We were also happy that they were willing to work with our same feeding schedule we use for her at home. More recently we took her in for a shed out grooming. Below are the pictures that speak for themselves! The pictures on the left with her regular collar are days before, and the ones on the right are from the evening we brought her home from the shed out. She looks amazing! Her coat is smooth, soft and silky and you can finally pet her without bringing a handful of hair with you! My wife loves that she doesn’t leave nearly as much hair on our hardwood floors! It’s like a different dog. We would strongly recommend Grooming Room for boarding and grooming. We will use them for all our grooming and boarding needs from now on! They offer the “homey” feel that PetSmart and some other places just can’t give you!

I have had nothing but wonderful experience with Grooming Rooms and Pet Suites!I have used both grooming and boarding services. My Jake is loved by staff, and taken care of like her is their own!He absolutely loves being there. The boarding service includes VIP suites, and add on's, such as long nature walks and massages!This business is clean, and the multiple, privacy fence run yards are spacious, and suited to dog sizes and special needs. Grooming Room and Pet suites is the ONLY place I will allow my Jake to be taken care of!!Great drop off and pick up procedures that follow CDC guidelines for the safety of pets, staff and fur parents.Grooming room and Pet suites also care for unique pets, that other groomers won't do. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They make you and your pet feel like they are at home!Pricing is beyond fair for the services they provide, and the hard worker that goes into caring for each client.This business is staffed 24/7, on the same property as the owners living area.They eat, sleep and breathe fur babies!!!Its ticked away in a peaceful,woodland setting, that provides each client with outdoor fun and lazy lounging in the sun!

This was the worst experience ever. They are NOT good with German shepherds . They ruined our weekend trip. We had to go back and pick up our dogs because they couldn’t handle the dogs even though the dogs had gone there last year. Never again! If you can’t handle dogs, don’t do the business.

Although it used to be a great experience for my dogs the last time I took them my one dog got bite by a snake. I emailed them to make them aware as due to swelling of her leg the bite was hidden and still have not even got a I'm sorry that happened or I hope she is ok. It took 4 weeks of meds and vet appts before she started healing.

The people that work here are so great to my dog and my whole family. They gave us a personalized Christmas ornament for our dog this year, just for being a customer! They have a great place for pets, do great with baths/grooming, and their prices are BETTER than reasonable. I can’t say enough great things about them.

My pitbull stayed for six days and he also got groomed here. The staff is friendly and I had no worries while on vacation. My dog was happy and excited to be there and when I picked him up six days later he was just as happy and clean from his grooming ...he smelled so good. My Buddah will be returning for his grooming and my next vacation.

I started taking my dog here after searching for a new place because our old huge dog spa/kennel was a nightmare (for a different review). My dog suffers from major separation anxiety and would always get sick when we left her for more than a night. The Grooming Room has been amazing. Sadie loves going there and she always comes home healthy and happy. I have trusted them with her about 5 times over the last year and I have never had a complaint. It is a small, family run business at a home with kennels and a big yard for the dogs to play. The staff is friendly and they always remember us. The grooming services are also wonderful and they always give her a cute new handmade bandana as an added touch. On Sunday, there are two specific times for pick-up and drop-off, but the rest of the days are open for both between 8 AM and 6 PM. As I said, it's a small family business so if you have a problem with the Sunday times, maybe a big box kennel would be better suited to your needs. My dog prefers the familiar faces and special treatment so this is the place for us.

We just boarded 2 of our dogs here for 9 days . So very thankful for finding Pet Grooming & Suites online . We have gone away on vacation for over 20 years now and each year our biggest concern and stress is finding someone to take care of our pups . This will definitely be our boarding place from now on . The staff could not have been any nicer and made us feel at ease with leaving them there . The facility is very clean and nicely set up , I would recommend this facility to everyone .

The Grooming Room and groomers are awesome. My goldendoodle Jackson loves to go there. Such nice people and they take awesome care and do a great job grooming my precious boy. I wouldn't take Jackson anywhere else. We've found our forever groomer.

Left my timid puppy there over Thanksgiving. The staff was great, and paired her up with a similar pup for potty and play breaks. My girl was relaxed and happy when I picked her up... and I added on a nail clip and bath so she looked and smelled great too:) Thanks for taking such great care of her!

Boarding my large dog: My dog was excited to go here, on the first visit! They sent me pictures of my pooch smiling from ear to ear, I can ask for grooming services during his stay! And, goodness the owner keeps herself immaculate so you know the dogs are spoiled too. These are lovely ladies, running the Grooming Room.

This is the first time and it will be the last time I take them to Grooming Room & Per Suites … for a place that has good reviews 4.7 rating I was disappointed.. how is it that you specialize in Grooming that includes cutting nails and you accidentally cut my dogs nails too short, a unacceptable mistake from a place that has been in business so many years and it was obviously noticeable but they didn’t even bother to mention it to me nor apologized.. I noticed once I brought him home and took him out the car and saw all the blood .. and now they won’t even answer my calls .. I would give them 0 stars if I could ..

Today is the very first time in over 2 years I can say, "WOW", the search for a great groomer is finally over. Today, May 4, 2020 was Dallas's very first appointment here at the Grooming room. I've heard it in the past Dallas will look like a new dog. Well not really until today.Getting his appointment was easy as well as the drop off with Covid19 in effect. They could not give me an estimated time, but I was okay with that. When it was finally time to pick him up, I have to say I looked at Dallas and said WOW, he is actually clean, doesn't have a thread of loose hair on his coat, his nails were And I must say Dallas, my high anxiety lab mix was pretty calm. His coat for the first time just shined like it use to. His nails were dremoled sooo smooth.We were just approved to hopefully adopt a German sheperd. I have almost considered not going through with the process, as I dreaded the thought of not having a good groomer. I can finally say I am at ease now we have found a great groomer. Thank you all sooo much for giving us our handsome lab back, who looked very dapper with his little bow tie!!!. Now, I can finally get this dog on a routine again! Also, the price was reasonable. After a 20 minute phone call and what I thought was an understanding not to shave any part of my Siberian husky they took clean up his puppy fluff as “poorly shave his junk”.Look at his legs!The groomer was very rude when she called, told me to do research, didn’t take any responsibility, cursed whole nine.. the owner returned $40 of my $85 dollars.The groomer called it a “sanitary cut”. The vet explained a sanitary cut would be trimming the hair on his boy part and around his but. They said this “hack job” is worse than they would do even for surgery. It will grow back it just may be weird for a while. The more I look at it the madder I get.

Great staff! I called last minute both times and they were nice enough to squeezed my dog in same day. Also, I went out of town and they watched my dog til 5p (after his bath) no additional charge.
