This is a great store over all, but if you need anything from behind the checkout counter, depending on the shift and who's working you could be waiting a good while. They strongly rely on self check out and often have to be found to come help up front.

Good service but bad when it comes to helping each other. I've seen alot of workers there and only one register open and the line would be backed up. I think honestly they need more working as a team then ignoring you have customers. I've seen staff stocking while the line being backed up and the one person checking everyone out!! I think they can do better not saying they are not friendly because they are but they need to work more as a team.

Store have friendly staff, but aisles were way to small and floors had stock on the floor. That made it even small floor space... Way too crowded for me.

Always love Dollar General, the low prices but still has the same quality as something you get from Walmart or Amazon. Only bad thing about the store is that its fairly small and they are doing some changes with their coolers so there wasnt many cold items for freezers or such. Everything else was great! Got 2 weeks worth of food for work and snacks for gaming for only $26.

The young staff are lazy and the store is a night mare to get around in. I had a bunch of holiday masks fall on my head while trying to go down a over stocked corridor. And I saw the manager take money out of the safe and put it in her pocket boosting to the counter help "that's the perks of being the boss because I can put it back before I make a deposit"

This store was clean and well stocked-pretty standard-but the cashier made mine & my boys' days. She was funny and awesome. She exhibited a high level of customer service, and for that we really appreciate her and the store.

Excellent store that carries almost all of your household needs and more. Free handicap parking and entrance with bathrooms. They carry frozen and shelf life foods and beverages but not alcohol beverages. Batteries, bathroom needs, and other items at a low affordable prices. Highly recommend.

Wondered around the store for about 15 minutes looking for a product. No one, mind you there was the employees working, asked if I needed help. When I went to check out, I inquired about the product and apparently they don't carry it anymore. I did find some really nice deals on candles though.

It was dirty. The aisles had items falling off shelves. Employees need to keep an eye on the merch so its not destroyed by being in the aisles getting stepped on. Very un organized.

I visited the Dollar General near the Martinsburg VA Center for the first time. The store was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful even in the midst of it being early in the morning and their truck was in. The General Manager stopped what she was doing to help me.

Dollar General is amazing. Cheaper than other places like Walmart. I bought a few essentials there today and saved a few dollars versus going to Walmart. I DO go to Walmart, too, mind you. But, today was a DOLLAR GENERAL kind of day. 😂

I'm a weekly regular at this store. In fact, I bought 3 items last night. Tonight, a patron informed me the store mgr called the cops on me for loitering around closing time. Lol. I'm a patient next door at the VA undergoing physical therapy and required to be back on property by 9 PM. The store closes at 10 PM. Ok, I've sat in the parking lot playing chess on my phone or watching the markets on my tablet until 7:30/8, not bothering anyone, transacting business, or using drugs/alcohol. I have a law enforcement background with 2 agencies, 1 federal.While they certainly have the right to dictate how long a regular patron remains on their property as private property owners, it's poor business practice to harass a regular patron, unless they're suspected of some malfeasance. I will be contacting corporate.

Nice cashier and friendly employees, treated my 4yr. old granddaughter like an adult customer! She thought it was amazing that she was treated like her Mom Mom!

Only one cashier when I was there. Prices aren't the best, but are comparable to other similar stores. Fairly clean and found what I needed quickly.

I love dollar general in Inwood WV. They now have a lot of stuff you need for your home. A large selection of food and frozen food as well.

Little bit on organized sometimes they have to wait in line. Overall it's okay, wish it would sell gallons of skim milk though.
