I always stop here after going to VA to grab a hotdog because they maintain the setting clean and neat. They have all kinds of toppings and add ons that others 7-Eleven do not have the cashier lady is always friendly and welcoming.

There is a particular young man working at this location that honestly makes me rethink going to this store, not only is he incredibly rude to the customers he is incredibly rude to his fellow employees.It's so bad I have spoken vaguely to strangers down the road at the sheetz and they have been able to pick out exactly who I was speaking on by name.The store seems unable to keep other employees and I would put money it's because of this young man.

TL;DR: the VA has a Canteen and Sheetz is right down the road, avoid this store if you can.Awful. Customer service is the least priority. The cashiers personal conversations are more important than efficiently ringing up people. I've given this location multiple tries at various times and it consistently fails. One afternoon an employee was so high he didn't know where he was. Brought spoiled items to their attention and they were apathetic about it. Not that it is the local store's issue but the 7-11 app is garbage and will show things that don't ring up that way in the store. But you bring it to the cashier's attention and she says she can't do anything and then goes into a story about her app doesn't work. But then again 7-11 corporate doesn't follow up on contacts about the app so maybe it's a systemic failure from top to bottom.

Have come to this location multiple times while making stops at the VA and I try to get gas and it just won't read any cards I've tried multiple times and multiple cards. Done this to me every time and i won't stop at this dump. No gas with cards here so be aware.

7 Eleven is a fantastic tasty items place. I enjoy going to the store to get a tasty treat. Staff are friendly. Oh, if you need none edibles items try 7 Eleven, they might have it. Thanks

I went to this 7/11 while the manager I believe her name was marsha was working and she refused to sell me a lighter when I had a valid id. Afterwards I called the dmv to see if my liscense was expired and they said it doesn’t expire till midnight. I told them this and they still wouldn’t sell me it. The scanner even scanned my id.

At the entrance of the VA MedicalCenter off old Rt.9. Is a convenience store that carrys all amenities. Snacks, candies, beverages of all types including alcohol. Sandwiches, coffee and hot chocolate, cigarettes lottery tickets, home items, batteries, flashlights lighters, coal, firewood, hot and cold sandwiches. Also sales gas with free parking and handicap parking and entrance with bathrooms available and ice.
