I hate being lied to. Enroute to this place, there's a billboard along I-79 that says "free wifi". I get there, go inside to make a purchase, two employees and a manager tell me there's no wifi. Get back to my truck, fire up my laptop, sure enough Jane Lew Truck Stop shows up on the list of available networks.So, they advertise free wifi, deny having wifi, they do have wifi but just won't give out the password? I won't be back.Oh yeah, their bathrooms are nasty too.

Stop here this morning and tried the Buffalo chicken pizza, delicious. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Lots of parking .

I like stopping here, but STAY out of their RIGGED game room! The attendant that works there checks you id, and if you are from out of town, you will not win. Only the locals win here, and the travelers pay for it. The attendant controls everything from behind the counter, as well as the cash out machine. I put 50 bucks in, won 200, and while playing it, he went in the back room and my machine " malfunctioned" and i not only lost my win, but the money that i put in. The truckstop is cool, losts of options, but the gameroom must be unregulated , so i wouldnt waste my time, or money in there

This truck stop serves its purpose. You will get no thrills here. The staff is always great with me and I’ve never had to wait for a clean shower.

Great young man Nathan at the register, Knows how to talk about all types of subjects and keeps up with this Truckin' Memaw's brain and antics, Lol. Very personable and great smile. Makes the customers feel welcomed.Great store, got a variety of goods, Clean and I even found Pumpkin Spice Cap in May, Heck ya! Yep, It's got a long shelf life so it's all good. Taste fresh tho like we are in Oct!I really hope to be back this way with my lit'l's or Great neice in tow, I will definitely stop!

Nice little truck stop have a nice Chrome section even sell brand new seats. Not a whole lot of parking since it looks like a lot of regulars park there but if you get there early enough you should be okay and there is a dirt lot behind the truck stop you can use. And I recommend the pulled pork yummy

Big truck parking lot, fuel, and Def. Wonderful friendly staff, coin casino. Open 24 hrs. Only Truck parking in that area.

Awwww man‼️ Listen, I don’t know what seasoning or batter was used for those shrimps but that’s IT. Shrimps taste so good along with the red beans and rice. Thanks for the love y’all add when preparing this food.

Biggest problem was the food I purchased. Got a chicken wrap from the center cooler. The chicken turned out to be rancid! This could have made us very sick! Took it back and Keri, the night manager, corrected it. She was very nice and concerned. She also pulled all the other wraps and checked them. Parking lot could use some serious attention but still glad it was there.

Not like the old store where the floors creeked when you walk a crossed it. They put in a new store got a lot of stuff the. Same as every truck stop in the country tourist attraction. even a little kitchen that's never open or got any premade sandwiches.

Well my experience just happened, bye a Jossie at 2/24/23, 437am. I went into store bought a phone charger, took it to my truck then my hubby Said wrong one. So I walked straight back in to exchange the one I bought and get the right one. It cost about 4$ more. Which gladly I'd pay. But no they don't exchange anything no matter what. There customer service usually everytime I've stopped, had been excellent. We've Bought thousands of $$ worth of gas & other things. But not anymore. Thanks u Jossie for ur awesome customer service. We will not be back. Just why? Cause she was having a bad day and wanted to make others have a bad day...I have a 13.99$ cord that I have no use for. If it looks like a dog sounds like a dog. It's A Dog! Good day! Folks!!!

I have always had had a great experience at this truck stop and the food has always been good. Last Friday I stoped in to have my unusual and delightful snack of boudin balls and let me tell you , I don’t know who fried them but it was like bitting into a ball of cankered grease. I had to throw them away. That was a waste of 6.00 dollars. I try it again when I get back to town but I’ll have my taste buds on watch.

Used to be a good little truck stop. Locals fckd that up using it as thier personal Depot. Everything inside is X2 trucker taxed. Food okay but severely overpriced. Another good one down the drain over greed.
