12 p.m. Friday Memorial Day weekend. Dollar General closed once again, this time for Freight. Obviously there is poor management and little to no employees. I'm also having issues finding customer service to express my concerns.

Manager decided I'm not worthy enough to receive my cash back for headphones because he must have seen me running a sign on the off ramp for the first time in my life after being Robbed more than his years Salary-Which I still have to repay (SBA EIDL Loan). I was however worthy enough to pay then more cash for merchandise before he decided he was going to load my refund on a gift card rather than give me my cash back.

I love this store. It is neat and tidy and doesn't feel like a claustrophobic maze like other dollar stores in my area. The people who work there are always kind and helpful. (This means you Elijah).

The one In Clarksburg I visited today was awful! We got our daughter a half off table toy for Christmas n it had price tag of 8$ well it rang up 10$ my wife asked her and showed her and looked at us like so what and then says we'll do you want it or not!😲 Instead of trying to fix the issue or even calling to ask someone else working how to fix it she neglected to do so!! That been said the service there is awful and they will follow you around like your a criminal! This one we love I don't mind shopping here at all great friendly people and great selection!💯🙂

The isles are a bit messy... plenty of parking... products are good... convenient for needing groceries, household supplies, etc. Nearby.

This is the best Dollar General I have been to. The staff is amazing, they're nice and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked, i can't say enough for this establishment

It is convenient, clean, well stocked, cheap, and the customer service from the younger gentlemen with the dark hair/beard and the gentleman with the strawberry blonde hair and fantastic, friendly attitude bl make it a definite favorite 😊

We go to several DG stores in the area. We save a lot of money by getting most of the necessities at DG. The aisles can be a bit cluttered at times, usually when they are restocking shelves.

It's a great place to save a dollar and get what you need. The store location in Jane Lew is one of the best and I recommend it to anyone who is looking to save money and get great products and services.

Right now DG is remodeling and it's hard to find anything. Nothing is where it used to be. But it looks like they are going to make it nicer with more things.

When store first opened it was clean and neat now dirty and cluttered unable to get thru isles register backed up during peak times only one open please clean up we need this store in Jane Lew!!!!!!!!!

There's always a long line but other than that the staff there is pretty nice 👍
