A clean store with tasty pizza. I topped off my tank and enjoyed a couple slices of pizza before continuing on my way. The lady working the counter was very nice. The restrooms were clean.

Had car trouble, the clerk helped me get water for my radiator while some guy taped up my hose to get me to the mechanic down the road. Such NICE people and so helpful!!! Wish l had gotten her name to thank her better! Totally my fault l was trying to get my car to the mechanic before it blew up...THANK YOU NICE LADY & GENTLEMAN that helped me out!

Negatives:A very small store so not many choices.Bathroom is the size of shopping area. 🤣.Not equipped for handicapped.Positives:Great hot food.Only half the employees are rude.Fast service.

I love this place! Been coming here 20yrs now, and have always called it Big Otter Exxon. I was today years old when I found out the real name😆. The fuel prices are always excellent, and they have 93 octane here, which the GoMart across the interstate does not have. They have hot pizza by the slice during the day, and you can order them whole, as well. Also have a microwave and frozen or refrigerated sandwiches and burritos, which is a middle of the night treat when you can't find grub elsewhere. The parking lot on the other side of the store from the pumps is large and has a grass strip between it and the creek, which is off the road, and the dogs have a safe place to get out of the car and run a bit, after being on the road. The employees are nice and friendly, and you have free use of air to pump up low tires, right at the front of the store.

Very friendly, small town atmosphere, nice clean bath rooms. Hot and ready pizza by the slice, hotdogs, nachos... excellent quality gas: very convenient location. A great little place!

Easy on and off interstate , room for large car fill ups but no overnight parking area very reasonable on diesel price.

They have a decent selection the restrooms and store are mostly clean and they have a full scale subway with dining area and plenty of parking this is the best convenience store in the area in my opinion

It was okay had no problems finding anything I needed but the bathrooms were not very clean.. good service from the employee except the fact he didn't know about one little thing that was a pretty simple yes or no question but still ok..

There are only two easily accessible gas stops between Charleston and Sutton exit 62 in Braxton County. One is at Elkview and the other is here at Big Otter. I was nearly out of gas when I made it to this exit.

Very helpful people work here and very friendly, my first time I stopped I got gas and some snacks and pop and they carried the stuff to my truck for me and that's hard to find these day, thank you Exxon at Big Otter ⛽
