Even worse than the pharmacy across the street.Pharmacist is working convenient times for themselves but completely inconvenient for people who have jobs. Pharmacy is always closed when we go in. This location should be a convenience store rather than masquerading as a pharmacy

Everyone is very pleasant at this storeand a big shout out to Angel in the pharmacy for filling a prescription for me in 10 minutes that Walgreen’s competitor across the street fumbled, botched and could not get filled for weeks. Never any problems with Walgreens.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Constantly changing hours. No pharmacy on duty signs so they’ll just randomly be closed. Do not go here they’re demons

Really wish that I read the reviews before I got my prescription fill there. Actually a little nervous to take it because I’m afraid they gave me the wrong pills. They were completely rude there. The pharmacist refused me a consultation when I went to the booth and I called my Doctor Who prescribed me the prescription and what it said on the bottle was completely in accurate. They were trying to overdose me according to the label.

Really can't wait to switch pharmacies, this is one of the worst ones. You should change your online hours or post your store hours. And then maybe get there before 5mins before opening so then the orders for prescriptions can come through. This place gets backed up so quick and this is one reason.

I have been buying wipes in there for 3 years normally enough to reach $50 so I can get the $10 cash reward . This time it a0dded up to 49.50 so I asked them to return so I can get 1 more. Young man did nit know what he was doing called the head manager over only to be talked down to. Then after deciding the young man did it wrong manager tells me I can't buy that many, there a limit but there is mo sign saying that. Yet there is a sign saying " limit on baby formula". I shop at other Walgreens abs I have never had an issue. This is not my first bad experience just would like everyone to know this inwwod walgreens has bad service. I wanted my money back.!!I only left 1 star because it would not let me post I'f I didn't push the 1 . I think no stars are appropriate.

I’ve always been a Walgreens customer, but I’ve never been more tempted to switch to a different pharmacy. Closed at 5:30 on weekdays? Closed weekends? What if you work during normal business hours?

I use to go here for my RX, and to shop, but the most recent experience reminded me not to return there. So many bad experiences including most recent with a vey RUDE manger there in Inwood WV location is the main reason I will not return, there are so many other Pharmacies out there who have courteous/helpful employees this location has none.

Looks like my review was deleted, so I’m leaving it again. I’ve used other Walgreens locations for years with no issues, until I moved to this area and started using this one. I cannot come into the store due to my health so I pick up my prescriptions at the window. When I went to pick up my prescriptions yesterday (that I had to leave work early for, because they have their hours exceedingly and inconveniently shortened with no explanation as to why), I waited in line for at least 10-15 minutes. No big deal, I’ve waited before. There was only one other car behind me. I get up to the window, and ask to pick up my prescriptions and tell her I have GoodRx to help with my prescriptions. I have used GoodRx in the drive through before. The woman refused to do it and said I had to come inside - she’d have a “line wrapping around the building.” I have done this before and even picking up multiple prescriptions it has only taken clerks all of five minutes. I have waited behind people for much, much longer. She was unnecessarily rude about it, acting like I was the problem, and me needing to do this was the biggest inconvenience she’s ever had to encounter. At the end of this encounter, I still only had one car behind me. I just left, parked, and called to have my scripts transferred to another pharmacy chain. Very disappointing to see such a lack of customer service from a company where that seems to be the cornerstone. I’d like to return to a Walgreens as I’ve loved using them in the past, but it won’t be this one.

The manager John Hays repeatly gave excuses of how he couldn't refund a scamed visa card and continued to be rude to my mother I had to step in and let him know not to disrespct her leading to the point to him aguring with a 15 year old because he wants to be a total smart alek and even got to the point cooperate got involved even told him to refund or replace it and he still refused to never in my life have I thought I'd have to deal with someone so rude and to have the nerve to give so many excuses when after cooperate says to refund it

I'm not a daily visitor of any drugstore. I come to this Walgreens 4 or 5 times a year; never had a bad experience. Covid testing during peak of the pandemic was quick and easy. Disappointed that the pharmacy is closed on weekends.

I would say don't depend on the pharmacist to be on duty at this Walgreen's. I need my prescribed meds for medical issues and every time you stop in the pharmacist is out and cannot fill your meds this is terrible. I bet walmart has a pharmacist on duty at all times

The store manager Brad is a complete joke. I ordered for curbside pick up, the item was out of stock and I was still charged for it. He was rude and disrespectful. Told me to take the refund up with my bank. I work in retail and try to be completely understanding but he refused to help. I call corporate and they told me the refund had to come from the store level. How is it as a store manager you don’t know that?

Terrible hours. To the point if you have a 9-5 job you can't get a prescription. The pharmacy closes by 5. Pharmacy closed on the weekends. Just go across the road to CVS ...they are open.

Always good fast service and very helpful. Dealing with old people during COVID-19 is not easy to do but I have watched how nice the staff is to old and young customers
