This place is run very well. No matter how crowded it is, everything runs very smoothly, and the wait is reasonable. They have a good staff and a good training program. Everyone is friendly and professional. It's one of the better grocery stores I've ever been to. My only complaint is that there are some brands I can't find, but that's not the fault of this particular location.

I would like to personally thank the managers at Food Lion for reviewing their security videos and trying to help me find my wallet hopefully the one from the parking lot will show something and I'll at least be able to know something about it's whereabouts thank you both for your efforts

I’m anger after leaving there. Tried using my flex spending card, checked all my items were eligible, checked the website to ensure food Lion accepted this payment. All seemed well. Had issues with the card only taking partial payment. Tried canceling since I was having issues. They refused to cancel my order or split it where I could take some of the items that were covered. The girl kept looking at me saying “there’s nothing I can do”. Multiple associates formed and Just staring at the screen, then me, then the screen and So forth. None spoke up. Just a crowd of silence. I got no items, no refund, nothing. Just kept the partial payment that went through. I’m angry. I know it was possible to cancel. Why didn’t anyone get a manager? Why didn’t anyone ask for help? How did the girl in customer service have no idea what to do and why did they all gather to watch in silence? Someone needs to train these employee’s and refund my money.

Sadly closest one is inwood which is still only like 15 minutes down 81 but it's got a selection and overall charm Martin's dosent, plus their self checkouts don't hassle you

This new Food Lion in Inwood is always clean, and I'm able to navigate the store easily and get in and out quickly. The associates have always been helpful when I've needed assistance.

I really like the new Food Lion in Inwood WV. The store is always clean when I am there, usually between 07:00-09:00 (am). Produce aisle always full and stocked nicely with a big selection.The sushi they serve is sometimes not very good, rice either falling apart or the whole roll stuck together. Mostly it is very good and fresh though.Meats always look fresh and they have a nice variety to offer.Aisles marked clearly and stocked well. Self-checkout always has someone available to assist you.It’s a really nice store. I bought this cake

Finding it harder every visit to find what we are looking for. Instead of ordering what's missing from shelves they fill space with more expensive options. The aisles were full of boxes waiting to be stocked. Only 1 checkout lane open on a busy Saturday morning, unless you opt for self check out 😔 Store was clean and what staff was there was friendly enough.

I went shopping to this food lion today, just as I do every week but this time it was obviously more busy (it's the day before Easter and the w weekend) so it's understandable. But apparently not to everyone, there was a lunatic guy yelling at everyone and threatening this older woman, thankfully management handled it right away, they escorted him out and were very professional even though he was cussing and yelling the entire way out. Great management for handling it as well as they did!

I love using Food Lion To Go pickup service. For just $1.99, they shop for my groceries while I take a shower and they’re ready by the time I get to the store. I just go through the pick up drive thru and I’m on my way in 3 minutes. The app makes it easy to find every item at the best price. Not having to shop gives me more energy to cook for my family. The staff is so friendly and always picks out the freshest items. I love it here!

Nice store. Rather expensive. Couple of examples. Quart of milk $1.59, $1.29 at Wei’s Market. 1 liter Seltzer $1,29 but .77 at Weis Market. Perhaps giving senior discount one day a week would convince me to shop there more often

I like going to my local Food Lion. They keep it clean and pretty well stocked. They also carry some unusual items, like salt for water softeners, and that saves me a trip to stores farther away. The only drawback right now (September 2022) is the construction on the road, which means getting into and out of the parking lot is more difficult. I heard that this store will move to a new location, but I'm not sure when. They'll probably have at least the same quality there, so I'll keep going to it.

Alice at the Deli went out of her way to accommodate a last minute request for deli trays for a funeral service. I was so grateful to her for her excellent suggestions and for her willingness to take my order on such short notice. I know they already had a bunch of catering orders to fill that day but she assured me they could get it done. When I arrived, everything was ready to go and looked great. She made a very stressful day a lot easier on my family!!

I can not say enough about this store. Always has what I need. Staff is friendly. Since Covid they have up their game plan. For a one town grocery store they got in on the grocery pick up at store and also now do home delivery which I love. I put my order in on a Friday night and it's here Saturday morning. I don't have to fight traffic and all the people.

This is my regular local grocery store. It is close to my home and mostly carries the food I need, has friendly staff and is pretty clean. The downside is it definitely a smaller store and the fresh produce selection in particular is pretty limited/small. There are also fewer choices in many sections as you might imagine in a smaller store. Again this is still a nice store and meets 99% of my grocery needs in a clean and friendly environment. The other downside is definitely the extensive work happening along 51 which means it can be challenging to exit the parking lot.

This is the grocery store we use 95% of the time. They have an array of different items. Not quite as good as a Martin's with specialty items but good enough for everyday shopping. Prices are high but that's everywhere right now. They did, however, get rid if the Food Lion brand Heavenly Hash ice cream which is devastating to me lol. It was the best ice cream IN THE WORLD and always sold REALLY well. Why they'd get rid of a top seller is beyond me but I will be making a call to corporate. I ate wayyy more of that stuff than any human, or animal, ever should. But it's that good!!!

The store was clean spacious and bright. The shelves are generally well stocked. Staff are visible and helpful. This is another store that I believe have several item that are over priced because they are the only grocer in the small area so consumers just deal with it. Overall I like this store for its customer service and friendliness.

This food lion was very clean and the prices were great! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I have a gluten sensitivity and there weren't as many options as I've seen in other grocery stores in the area. I would recommend their produce as it's incredibly fresh!

new facility is amazing. walk in cooler with fresh produce and massive selection to compete with Martin's although there is not one for miles. I'm happy.
