This place has the WORST EVER customer service!! The girl who runs the drive thru who is pregnant is always acting like we got hours to wait for a darn prescription! She never seems to be having a good day and they are always quick to close and late to open! I waited from 8:40 am one morning to try to get my RX and get to work in Winchester at 9:45. Well thanks to that girl who didn’t even bother to open the store blinds until 9:04 am and then acted like I just killed her new kitten! I am always nice to each person I deal with but they need to get it together! The longest drive thru ever always no matter if there is one car or 10!! Start thinking about how you would want to be treated or better yet your grandma when she goes to get her Meds!! Shame on you guys!! The only good ones are the young guys back there! Thank you two at least!

This CVS has the worst customer service from any I've seen by far. If you have the option to go to another pharmacy, do it. It's worth the drive. They stated they didn't have a prescription sent from urgent care, called urgent care who sent it again. 3 hours later, called to check on it, no one would answer the phone. So drove there to get the status of it. THEY STILL "DIDN'T HAVE IT." So they "looked for it" and "finally found it". Then it takes ANOTHER 30 MINUTES to fill?????

Each CVS I've encountered has some of the worst waiting times at their pharmacies, but that doesn't even compare to the unprofessionalism of some staff members. There is one who frequently yells at customers in the drive thru. I don't think I've ever spoken to customers that way in public. No wonder they're always hiring...I wouldn't want to work with someone who has obvious anger problems. The management must be desperate. The best part about this store is the Redbox.

Pharmacy personnel showed they cared and were very helpful in getting our prescriptions filled in a timely manner.

wonderful staff. the blonde girl at the front is definitely perfection at its finest. hands down best in the game. there is no one better than her.
