I’ve been going here since they first open and have been fairly happy with my service over the years. The Walmart has always been fairly clean and had nice bathrooms. The staff have been good for the most part. The lay out has been updated sometime in the last couple of years. It doesn’t seem the selection of the food side was impacted. Overall I would recommend if you need to do your weekly shopping or need a typical Walmart selection of items.

The black chick with fluffy hair is the best person in the world! Every time I am picking my stuff, she is there, and I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT ON HER! soon as click I'm there and the spot she is on it! Less than 5 minutes, I'm done and OUT! Thanks, chick, so much! You rock! ❤️

I used to know the layout of this store better than the staff but they have rearranged EVERYTHING to add more items without making the store bigger. What would usually be a 40 min visit now takes over an hour. They do carry much more but the isles are so close you can't pass another buggy. I must say my favorite thing they added (that I haven't seen in any other Walmart yet is to the shelves in the pet aisles. You can now move a 30 lb bag of cat food with two fingers (I added a video) which is very convenient and makes it much easier to get heavy bags of food from the back of the shelf to the front

Love hate relationship with this store. Of course I love the convenience of having practically anything I need under one roof but I hate that the big box stores eat up the competition and therefore limit my shopping options.Definitely only go through the week if at all possible.

Walmart has everything. Easy to park and run in for a quick trip or full grocery shopping. Plenty of hard goods like toasters and equipment. Bikes, toys, car supplies.

The number of fake service dogs I see at this location on a regular basic is astounding!!! Today I saw three. Last time, I was there I saw four. I have started limiting my visits to this establishment and this is one of the reasons.If these untrained dogs aren’t pulling at the end of their leashes lunging at other shoppers (who mostly don’t want to be annoyed by dogs), the dogs either look terrified or they have been put in a shopping cart. Management needs to be educated on proper ADA Service Dog Law and Guidelines and take appropriate action.Allowing non-Service Dogs into this store makes it dangerous for the disabled community who relies on their well trained Service Dogs for medical aid and it is a public health risk to unsuspecting shoppers. I would be upset if I got a intestinal parasite from a fake Service Dog, riding in a shopping cart (where my food goes) who is not kept up to date on deworming protocols.This establishment also does a poor job with inventory and keeping stock of popular items. This might be one of the worse Wal-Marts that I have been to, but I literally drive right past it coming home. I do try to go somewhere else when I can.

It's close to home. I just wish they had more of a selection of some items as does the Cross Lanes location. This store is a little smaller so probably why that is the case. They are fairly prompt with bringing out the pick list orders. Right now, there are seven others here so it's a little slower than normal. But, a heck of a lot better than having to go in and deal with check out lines!

One of the better Walmarts in the area. Always clean and seems better sticker than surrounding stores . I don't like the layout with frozen foods at the rear of the store.

Convenience. Nice staff at the entrances. Really easy to run in and out. Pickup is slow, it is their weakest point at this store besides the rest of the staff besides the greeters being rude and generally not very happy to help. Disappointing

The pick up system they have is by far the best around. I've never had them not have what I ordered and they get it out to you in just a few minutes. Devin was awesome and very quick!!

The Bakery did an amazing job on my daughters first birthday cake and smash cake. They were so kind and asked lots of questions about flavors, icing types, ect. Had it ready on time and even put it in the buggy for me and checked it after. Super great experience ❤️ Also great price and friendly people. They took the stress out of the party.

Not super impressed with the grocery pickup. Every other Walmart has your groceries out quick but at this Walmart it takes 20+ minutes and their employees have no urgency. All have their earbuds in and are less than friendly.

Went into the auto center an hour before closing,was told that a customer was ahead of me (one customer) . No stalls had a single car in them. Was told that they and or the customer can't find his tires, still refusing to take my five hundred dollars and installing the tires I wanted to buy. One of the workers felt the need to cuss me and started to act as if he was ready to fight. I asked for a manager and then was being told that what happened, didn't happen. No resolution except me leaving. People, customer service is what they owe us. This was definitely not customer service. Piss poor employees, management and company. I really give them negative 10 stars but they don't offer that option.

Being from NJ, this Walmart shocked me. Not only was it the size of three of ours, some how it manages to be quiet and more orderly. Absolutely stunned.

The Hurricane store is set up a bit different than the other local Walmart stores, like Nitro & Corridor G & the prices are a bit steeper, but it's really nice & has more stuff.

The front end clerk over the self checkout area was too busy having personal conversations with friends than to help the 2 or 3 customers needing assistance with the malfunctioning registers.If you are going to make your customers do the checkout process, at the very least have a competent employee available to help the Paying Customer!DO BETTER WAL-MART!

I've always been a fan of Wally world but I was a little let down yesterday TBH. My daughter's controller to her PS4, so of course I'm scrambling trying to find one and online they had some ranging from $10 all the way up to like $80, financially when I get there there are none for $10 or $13 or even $20 the cheapest one they had was $60.

I love this Walmart! We have 3 in my area, but this one is by far my favorite. I can always find an employee close by. Whereas the entire store was clean, it was how clean the bathrooms were that's always important! And when we were leaving, my 11 year old daughter was getting a headache and needed something to drink to take her medicine with, it was nice to run right over to the little convenient store thing and grab something for her fast.

In the first place, I don't work for Wal-Mart. If they expect me to check out my own purchases, then there had better be at least a discount, after allid be saving them money. Secondly, if they are going to trust me to ring myself out, on the rare occasions that I have to, they had better not try to stop me at the door to double check my purchase. Several times, door greeters have seen how rude I can be.On one occasion. I took all 47 items to the service desk and had them refunded. I then took the same items to the only cashier on duty and had her check me out. Of course by this time, most of my freezer and refrigerated items had started to get warm, so I just told they cashier I didn't want them.Funny thing is that when I checked myself o, t my total was almost $145.00. By the time I weeded out the warm items and several things I changed my mind about, my total was only $62.00 and some change.That means on my sale alone Wal-Mart lost over 80 bucks.Lately I've been shopping for my groceries at Krogers. They still have self checkout, but they normally have 3~4 people working the front registers.
