Technician was on time and very courteous. Knowledgeable about the cleaning process. Was able to remove the two main stains that were on my chair, and the rest of the chair was thoroughly cleaned. Fantastic results! Made the chair and ottoman look like new! And the price was reasonable for the work done. Would definitely call again for other cleaning.Service: Upholstery cleaning

It took two calls to get them to come look at my project and they never called me back with a price or to say that they couldn't do it... just left me hanging.The reason I gave them three stars despite this is because I used them to ckean the carpets on the stairs and second floor of a rental unit I own and they dud an excellent job. Also, when our community center was severely damaged during a flood and another company did a poor job of cleaning it, Chem Dry came in and really did a wonderful job for us and I'm grateful for that.

He was very polite and conscientious about our home. Will definitely use again and recommend their services.
