Had to change my review after 3 aggravating times of store “computer POS” not working properly?!?Came home, called card services.I was told by card service that everything I told them should have been taken care of at that store & the cashier should have called for us and got it figured out.We had a $92 bill credit, plus wanted to spend another $200! We were told we would need to call card services because something wasn’t working right?? Again? 3rd time something hasn’t worked right but only at this store.No problems whatsoever with the other Tractor Supply stores.What’s going on with the Hurricane WV TS store?? We’ve shopped here for years and only recently have had many problems.What happened to cause this steep decline in service??

They consistently have all items always stocked. The employees are knowledge the manager will take his time offer solutions, solve any problems, and he is ALWAYS available. Any given day he is stocking harder than anyone, you will be know he is a manager by how hard he works. I'm speaking of the gentleman with the somewhat Irish accent. Truly though all the employees and managers here will go out their way to see you have what you need. I normally but most of my animal needs there but it's just an all around great place with very competitive pricing

Love Tractor Supply for all my dogs needs. Have been using them for the 91/2 years Ive had my dog. Also just about any type of animal needs can be met there. Including a nice Dog Bath Station. Have even bought clothing there, large selection of Carhart and other top brands.. Woman, Men, even children.

Bought my son a Mack dump truck power wheels and we only had for 3 weeks! My son absolutely loved it! Well it stopped working so I called store in Teays Valley and talked to a man named Todd! Explained to worker we only had for about 3 weeks and my son was so upset because it was broke, so Todd said bring it back and we can exchange to another! Wow! That’s was amazing. This great man brought to our car and loaded up and was so pleasant to my son ! I will always always go back to this store. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much Todd. Thank you Jennifer Bird

This is my favorite store. I Love this store. Bought a utv, dog food all food for my livestock great clothes shoes fencing t posts water softener pellets, heaters, cub cadet lawn mower, you name it. Best prices on dog food and I love the 4 Health brand. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly Linda, Luke and Ritchie are the best!

Great place for pet supplies, and some home maintenance supplies. Staff is very helpful and friendly, you are greeted when you enter. They have free parking and handicap parking. the staff is working threw out the sales floor and willing to assist customers and answer any questions you have snd help guide you threw the store.

My go-to place for refilling propane tanks. Usually the least expensive place for miles around. Staff is courteous & friendly. Store is clean. Location is convenient to both Teays Valley & Hurricane exits off I-64.

Very friendly employees. Very clean store. I like their stock of Carhartt. I had to leave Rural King and go to Tractor Supply to get the Carhartt item I wanted.I also bought these ear wipes for dogs at Tractor Supply, they were $9.99. At Rural King they were $4.99. Same exact product.

Good place to get the stuff nobody else has. Esp vet supplies.However very unreliable as far as whether they have enough feed.I was buying all my feed there, several hundred dollars a month worth and when they switched managers they never ordered enough so I'd run short and couldn't find the feed my animals would eat at other stores to make up the difference.Eventually moved to having my feed mixed at the local feed store Farm House. It's always the same and there's always enough.However for certain supplies TS is the to go place. Just not feed. I'm so glad we have one around here now.

I am speaking to the online ordering service I made a order was told I would get a email when product arrived at store.Long story short they've had my order at the store for past week. Never received email , I did get several advertising emails so I know they had correct email.

I go here all of the time! They have a variety of deer, rabbit, bird, cat and other animal food. I also like the spray paint and a variety of of meds and other neefs for animals

Save Your money and do not buy any Cub Cadet Products From Tractor Supply. You can not get it Serviced by any cub cadet dealers and tractor supply do not service them. I purchased one in 2013 and was having problem with it popping out of gear going up a bank in my yard. I called Cub While it was in warranty to have it repaired by the time they found a shop that would look at the tractor my warranty had run out. I took it to Fowlkes Machine in Wytheville to have it serviced. 40 miles from my home. The service people wanted me to know that they were not happy working on a tractor from Tractor Supply and really did not care if it was fixed. They looked at it for 10 min and said the could not find anything wrong with it. When A ask the service Manager about the tractor I was told they did not have the time to spend on my Tractor. Please if you are going to buy a Tractor Don’t use Tractor Supply or Fowlkes. I’m Still don’t have a tractor that goes up hill, it is great downhill so if you want a great downhill tractor go to Tractor Supply.
