I’m a truck driver and I never know exactly when I’m going to be home. Usually I find out the day before. Lindsey always squeezes me in at the last minute and does a fantastic job. I won’t take my little buddy to anyone else.

Took my dog here for the first time on a recommendation from somebody else. Read all the reviews before I took her and thought that I was taking her to a good place. She was groomed by a girl named Harley who said that she was fairly new there but supposedly had experience from other places that she had worked. Much to my disappointment when I went to pick my baby up I noticed that they had cut all of her nails too short and one of them into the quick which was bleeding when I picked her up. Even the haircut was not great. My dog has several gaps in her hair around her head and on her ears. I took my dog back inside and showed the owner the nails and she just acted like it was no big deal and put a numbing powder on the one that was bleeding and pretty much just sent me back out the door. I've had my dog since she was 3 years old she is 11 now. She has been to many groomers in the past and no one has ever cut her nails that short. The owner just said well that happens sometimes but in eight years I've had her it's never happened before anywhere else I've taken her. I hate to be the first one to leave this place a bad review but I don't feel comfortable taking mine back there anymore.

My girl always looks and smells great after a spa day! April is great at listening and understanding what I want. She’s been spot on every time and does what she needs to do. My doodle baby always comes out of their happy and beautiful!!!

I took my dog, Murphy, there for the first time for a haircut. We absolutely loved it! Welcoming and clean facility, and April took the time to talk to me and love on Murphy so we’d both feel comfortable. She took my rambling about different things I wanted cut, trimmed, or shaved and turned them into the best haircut Murphy has had! We will definitely be back!

April is the best! She is great with my dogs and always gets them clean and smelling so nice. She even gets them to let her trim their nails without a fuss which we can’t do. I would highly recommend April and Top Dog Pet Spa!

Absolutely LOVE this place!!!! Today, Lindsey, welcomed my two girls with open arms and treated them like her own! They are new to being groomed and not easy to handle and they loved it! They were nervous and she handled them so well!! I knew they were in great hands when I seen her with them. They look so much better and are quite prissy after their spa trip! Try this place!!! I will never go anywhere else!!!

Absolutely the worst haircut he's ever had! Not to mention the most expensive. He looks like he was thrown into a fan blade. Haircut is not even, nails aren't clipped, wasn't the right haircut for a Schnauzer. He was there 6 and a half hours, I finally went and picked him up because they never called me to tell me he was ready. He hadn't had any water, or takin outside to use the bathroom for that whole 6 and a half hours. Overall it was a horrible experience and will not going back.

We took our Shih Tzu (Piper) there to get the works done(groom, bath, nail trim)!!! She looked absolutely wonderful and we were thrilled about the job that was done!! We will definitely go back time and time again!!! Staff was excellent and great price!

My dog Moses hasn’t been to the groomers I had to take him to the vet to be put to sleep to get him groomed. So I talked to April and she said bring him in he will be fine. So I took him and we did have to muzzle him but April let me stay with him while she worked with him. April took her time with him and he did a lot better with her. I would recommend bringing your dog here they are wonderful with them. Thank you Top Dog!

I brought my pug Meatloaf in on a friend’s recommendation, they took him back for a nail trim right away! He needed it so badly and won’t sit for me anymore so I am forever grateful. He’s a handful and I’m sure he left some battle wounds unfortunately but it was so quick and I’m so impressed. I have to get him back in for the full groom soon! Thank you guys!
