Yesterday Wes and I went to Home Depot after church to buy the items needed to finish out the kitchen in the commercial building. I wanted to publicly thank Johnathan Reyna for going out of his way to ask if we needed help and then take the time to explain options to us for the items we were purchasing. He even loaded my cart for me! He was very helpful and informative. Thank you Johnathan for making my shopping experience enjoyable! If you know this guy, make sure you thank him for me for a job well done! ❤️

Andrew at customer service was an absolute amazing salesperson. My mother and I were in yesterday with a sort of large purchase and he was very patient with us and just an overall gentleman. He made our shopping experience very enjoyable and we will definitely be shopping here again.

I went to Home Depot to buy a new toilet. When I arrived there were two in stock. The box was in bad shape but they helped me inspect its contents. The best part was they gave me a really good discount . So the trio was worth it and the staff couldn't have been nicer.

Recently applied for the job, went to an interview and was told that they would give me a call the following Tuesday which is an entire week away mind you I really needed a job, but I waited. Tuesday comes around and they never called me so I waited until Wednesday to call and no one answered the phone, so I left a message. Its now Thursday and still haven’t even received a call letting me know whether or not I got the job irregardless if I can assume I didn’t. As far as I know they didn’t call anyone and inform them of anything due to a friend of mine also going to an interview and never receiving a call back either from my understanding they’re supposed to let you know whether you got the job or not. A week of time wasted for a lot of people I’m assuming. This is the second and last time I’m going through this with them.

Placed an online order. When we arrived the store was alerted by Internet to bring our order to us on the parking lot. Waited several minutes and no one arrived with our order. Went inside to check on the order and discovered the recent storm played havoc with their internet so the notification of our arrival was not received. Manager apologized profusely and gave us a substantial discount on our item. Very satisfied with our shopping experience.

My husband and I frequent this particular Home Depot quite often. The number one reason being their customer service is always SUPERB! We wanted to especially thank Chuck in Appliances for his expertise, kindness, and exceptional customer service. We recently bought a freezer and a dryer and he helped us with both of these purchases. We also want to thank Andrew Faller, in Customer Service. We had a return, which happened to be a gift for my husband. Of course he had no clue how much I had spent on this gift and when Andrew said how much the refund was, I thought my husband was going to have a stroke. Needless to say I told Andrew we were going to have to bring him home with us to play referee, he was an exceptionally good sport! We all had a great laugh and his customer service and kindness were A+++! Thank you for always creating a great shopping experience for us!

This place is terrible. Have a large lumber order going less than a mile from their store. Been on hold 3 times for over 30 minutes total trying to give them my money. Can't even find someone to put in the order. I'll be calling Lowes now.

I was there for a water connector and the employee that assisted me did everything he could to help and was very nice. When he discovered that the store didn't have what I needed in stock he referred me to Teays Valley Hardware so I could get my leak fixed the same day.

I needed to buy some electrical wire and called the store to make sure they had it in stock before I drove 2 hours to pick it up. The gentleman who answered the phone went back to make sure they had the spool in stock. When I arrived I went to the customer service desk and told them I needed help getting the electrical cable from the top shelf. An associate showed up within minutes to help me. This store seems to be well run by friendly associates who are trained and happy to help you find what you need and get in and out of the store fast. I highly recommend this Home Depot for your home improvement needs.

Its a nice location with huge parking lot. Usually they have stuff in stock. People in other reviews complaining about customer service is true to an extend. I always find younger employees to help me and they are always very helpful. Even at self checkout, some people dont want to deals with you although now they only have 1 checkout and 6 self checkout. Younger lady at self checkout today was very energetic, professional, and helpful. Brought me an item on sale for me when she saw me buying a same product. The older lady there was clueless when I asked her something about gift card. The younger one had to come rescue her. Overall, im happy with shopping at this location. You just have to find right people.

Terrible customer service. Bought dishwasher from them they never delivered. When I checked on delivery, just kept saying “running late but he’ll be there”. Never showed. No one cared. When I called first thing the next morning I was told they had no idea why it wasn’t delivered. Offered to deliver it the following week! I said no, that I should be the first delivery since I was scheduled the day before and I wanted it that day or the next at the latest. They acted like I was asking for the world. They were so rude and uncaring. I canceled the order AND my Home Depot account.

I ordered curbside pickup. I checked in with the app. I waited 20 minutes before going inside to wait another 10 minutes before I was able to pick-up my order. Not very friendly or customer service satisfaction. Disappointed.

Needing 1/2 black pipe and various fittings for gas plumbing event . All the needed materials were conveniently visible and very easy to find. This Home Depot is my go to for all hardware needs for me. You can order things online, but sometimes you need to see what you are buying to figure out if it is a solution to a problem. Also, if you have a hard time finding things, download the app and it tells you which section/row the item is in. Also, at the end of the front row shelving facing the second rows, there are usually mark down items to look through. I once found a $175 Ryobi weedeater for $79! Just be prepared to drop $100 easily. It is things you need but they add up quick. Look up how-to videos before you go to get the parts and pieces to save from over spending and having to return items. Good luck fixing whatever you broke! 😁

Always get great service. If they don’t have what I need, they find out where I can get it. This is the kind of service that keeps me going back. They stand behind their products and don’t question a return or exchange. Again excellent customer service. I always go to Home Depot first. My husband loved the Dewalt double bevel sliding miter saw I just got him for Christmas. Thanks Home Depot! Loyal customer!

I ordered cabinets from Home Depot and was told that they would arrive on 7/3. We called and was advised that they would be delivered to the store on 7/5 and everything looked to be on schedule. We went a head and scheduled the contractor to come and remove the old cabinets. When we called Home Depot back to have the cabinets delivered we were advised that they were not delivered by the delivery company from the manufacturing company. But when we check the order through the delivery company, it showed completed and delivered to Home Depots warehouse in Ohio. We called back and Home Depot then advised us that the cabinets would be in their store on 7/12. It is now 7/13 and we are still trying to get a delivery scheduled to have them delivered and can't get any help from the store. I have spoken to 2 manager and am waiting on Bobby (a different manager) to call me back. Every time you speak to a manager there you are told they will call you back and yet they never do. The lack of customer service that the managers have for customers has made me never want to shop at Home Depot. There has been no apology offered or anything to make this experience any better.

This Home Depot has a staff that is second to none. Anytime I've had an issue, needed to return something or had a question, these guys always handle there business. Long story short - I'd go there and pay a higher price or the level of service they provide.
