Professional, courteous and like a friend, you’ve known all your life! These are just a few of the things I want to say about Teays Valley Heating and Cooling. These folks are some of the kindest people I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. They told me they would be here at 8 AM. Yes, they certainly were! Not 8:01 not 7:59, 8 AM on the dot! They were organized and like a well oiled machine as they went about their work. Stopping to chat or just hang out with us throughout the day! I don’t know what else I can say, except that… if you think you can’t get old-fashioned down home service from a large company, Teays proves that to be completely wrong! We just had a new HVAC system installed along with UV protection and we are extremely happy with the new system and the technicians were great!Kudos to Jacob, Tyler, Ryan and Connor!! Jacob, Logan, and Tyler replaced our 20 year old furnace and “younger” a/c compressor today and provided us with GREAT service and professionalism! After arriving early (!!), introducing themselves, and shaking my hand (a welcome thing after COVID), they went right to work. Working as a team through some chilly weather they completed the entire installation within the timeframe initially provided. Upon completion they explained everything they did and all the financial details that needed to be discussed. We are very pleased with the service we received and will welcome Jacob, Logan, and Tyler back into our home anytime. Thanks Teays Valley Service Experts for another great encounter. PS: we set our thermostat at 68 after the guys left and our family room thermometer shows 68 now five hours later!! Toasty!!

My wife and I had amazing service with this company I want to thank two of the guys who came out and installed our new system which works really well they are Robbie Armstrong and Ryan Zimmer. They were both very friendly and amazing workers. They work well with each other and helped out a lot since I just had knee surgery they basically did what they were going to do and asked if they could close my garage so I wouldn't have to get up. I love the personal connection that they have shown which is needed in service industry and is dying. They do amazing job and if you need any work go with this company and ask for these two men you won't regret it. Ryan and Robbie you guys are awesome and you both did an amazing job with our system. My family and I can breathe a lot better for what you have done for our family

Levi did a thorough inspection of our older home's pipes to ensure stability and longevity during remodeling. He took lots of pictures, explained current and possible future problems, and discussed multiple solutions based upon our needs. I highly recommend Teas Valley Service Experts. Not only was the person in the office doing the booking very polite and patient, the service technician Fred was absolutely the best. He was personable and polite and had no problem figuring out plumbing issue. I can't imagine using any other company after this positive experience with Teays Valley. I just want you all to know that Robert Armstrong and Joel Beatty are very nice young men . Polite very good workers knowledgeable and very courteous. We needed to have an 85 gallon electric hot water tank replaced that had reached the end of its serviceable life. For various reasons we were not satisfied with estimates from local companies to install a tankless hot water heater. By chance I met Shane Guthrie, Residential Sales Consultant, and discussed the installation of a Rinnai tankless hot water heater at our home. I sent Shane an Email with photos of the existing hot water tank and the replacement model we wanted installed on October 10, 2023 at 10:53. By 12:00 Shane had responded with a quote to remove our old tank and replace it. He referred me to Mike Savilla, Sales Manager, about questions I had about Rinnai warranty coverage and installation questions. Mike took the time to answer all my questions and arranged to send their master plumber to our house to discuss the installation. On October 12 I signed the contract to complete the installation. On October 18 Master Plumber Nathan Batton and Journeyman Levi Johnson completed the installation of the Rinnai RSC199iN tankless hot water heater. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. While draining the existing hot water tank Nathan took the time to explain the scope of work that would be completed to install the new hot water heater. They took the time to answer any questions I had. Nathan and Levi worked diligently to complete the job. I appreciate their hard work. We did not choose Teays Valley because they were the best value for the installation, even though they were. We choose them because of customer service. They provided a quote quickly, answered all our questions and sent great installation experts to complete the job. Thank you for a job well done.

We scheduled a duct cleaning and duct work inspection.James came on time and was a very pleasant and professional young man. My tech was Zachary. He was awful. First my appointment time was delayed by hours with no communication from the company or tech. Zachary was scheduled to replace circuit breakers. When he called he stated due to the delay he would only be providing an estimate! I called the company and talked to the call center. They assured me he would be doing the repairs and that they would call him. When he arrived he again said he would just be doing an estimate. I said no, you are here to repair it. We argued about it. He tried to blame Alex, the tech who diagnosed the issue the day before. He finally agreed to do the repair. As he was finishing he tells me that he could charge me as little as $100 an hour labor but he would be charging me $200 an hour so he would have a better profit margin. He price gouged me because I called the company and forced him to do the repair he was scheduled to do. He complained about his dinner in his crockpot would be ruined. My experience with Zachary was terrible. Pricing my labor charge for revenge, what a way to do business!

Levi, was incredibly helpful, very polite and friendly, he worked quickly and efficiently to fix our sewage and plumbing problem. He got to work right away and fixed our issues in record time. I can’t even imagine better, customer service, and professionalism then what he brought to the job he did at my house. I will definitely be using this company again to take care of all of my plumbing, heating and cooling needs if Levi is an example of their technicians.

We had been without heat for four days during a cold spell during January and they got the old furnace out, the new one in and had it running in only a few hours. They installed a new furnace, steam humidifier, and reworked my return ductwork downstairs which involved cutting new return vents and running flexible hose in my crawl space. From project planning start to through the installation, they did an excellent job and I don't use that term lightly. Highly recommend.
