The facility is top-notch, and the staff's genuine love for animals truly shines through in the exceptional care they provide for my fur baby. I have been using Pooch Resort for several years and have utilized daycare, boarding, and grooming services. They have always been kind, courteous, and professional. My Siberian Husky loves daycare, I feel peace of mind when we board him--knowing he is well cared for, and his grooming is always top notch. I highly recommend each service and know others will be just as please as I am.

Originally boarded our dog here during vacation & then it became our regular groomer as well. They do a great job with our lab mix & we always get compliments on his coat. During boarding they always post pictures daily & send pictures/updates whenever asked & never get annoyed. We do weekends sometimes & every time we need a week or longer for vacation. Our dog never is scared or anxious to go & has even made a best doggy friend he loves to play with when he’s there. Would definitely recommend! They’re wonderful & their communication is always great.

We have stayed here twice and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mr. B is always excited to go and extremely happy when I pick him up. He is always on FB during his stay and ALWAYS seems very happy in all his pictures. They are also very accommodating to my phone call to check on him. I would definitely recommend this facility

This is our third time visiting Poochs Resort. The first time I called them, they answered the phone!!! We used to go to Petco, but their pricing was inconsistent, and they hardly ever answered their phones. We tried another local place and they let the phone go to voice-mail. Poochs resort has gone above and beyond our expectations. The groomer does a fantastic job with our poodle, who can be a little difficult at times to groom. Our golden absolutely loves going there, too. They ran in today and acted like they owned the place. They always fought me when I took them to petco. Thank you so much for taking care of our big babies.

We have boarded our dog Thor many times in California. We moved here January of this year. We had the hardest time finding some where that would board him and Loki (our newest addition that had never been boarded) separate from other dogs. Then we found Pooch Resort. They assured us they were not free range at night. They were polite, understanding of our concerns about leaving our dogs at a new place and answered all questions promptly. They accepted calls while we were away as often as we wanted to call and posted pictures of our boys having a good time. They made us feel comfortable with their services and we felt our dogs were safe. We will definitely be using Pooch Resorts for our future boarding. Also the groomer was amazing. She was able to trim Loki's nails which is something our vet couldn't do easily. We will be back for grooming as well.

I was so nervous boarding our babies for the weekend because only 1 of them had ever boarded before. They called to update me that same night that they settled right in and had a great time while we were gone! I can't go on enough about how nice and attentive the staff was to our dogs feeding accomodations and all. The staff did a great job fitting all three of our dogs needs uniquely, they are AWESOME 100% will be back. Thank you guys so much! 10/10 recommend!!

My husband is currently working out of town. We brought our dogs along with us. We read over a few reviews and decided to give the Pooch Resort Boarding Daycare a try. When we arrived the place was clean, the staff was also very nice. They finished both dogs within two hours and I have to say my husband and I are VERY satisfied. Our puppies look AMAZING. If we stay here long enough for them to have another hair cut we will definitely be making an appointment at pooch resort. Thanks again Mr.&Mrs. Bueter

Boarded my 3 dogs here while we were on vacation. They took good care of them and we didn’t have any issues. They even trimmed their nails which was nice since their vet place said they were unable to trim them due to them not sitting still. I would recommend them!

I took my dog for daycare in preparation for a week-long stay and he appeared to have had a wonderful time. He loves being around other dogs (he's an only dog) and playing. I am comfortable with leaving him for a week.Edit, now that he's stayed for a while: We went on vacation and boarded Freddie with Pooch Resort. I was anxious about being gone for so long, but when we came to pick him up 9 days later, he was super excited to see us, THEN turned around to go back to the play area. That spoke volumes! He's always thrilled to come home, but the fact that he went back as if to play some more was his way of saying he loved staying there. And if Freddie loved it, then I love it!

After trying two other kennels resulting in ensuing difficulties, a friend recommended Pooch Resort. We have found them to be very friendly and accommodating. Without any warning, they allowed me to tour the facility. They have followed our care instructions for our dog as specified. They treat him with kindness and he appears to enjoy going to the kennel. We would fully and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I’m only giving this place one star. We left our Yorkie there for 9 days while out of town. The day we picked her up we noticed her sneezing and coughing a lot. I wasn’t sure what was causing this but ended up taking her to see the vet two days later because she was having such a hard time. Vet said she had a respiratory infection that she picked up from the boarding place. She was not sick when we dropped her off so I knew this to be true. Vet also told me that I should contact Pooch’s Resort to let them know about it so they can clean better so other dogs don’t get sick. So I called and told the lady that answered and also asked would they give me some money back due to the fact that I paid to have her boarded then had to turn around and pay a vet bill. I was told that the owner was not in and they would have her to return my call. Well I never got a call. I don’t expect to get something for nothing but I do think at least the cost of my vet bill should have been covered. I don’t normally write reviews but thought it might be a good idea for other people considering boarding their pets here.

We took our two dogs here and they were very nice and the dogs seemed well groomed after. However, when we got in the car we noticed that our puppy’s paw was bleeding. There was blood all over the back seat of my car and it turns out that one of his nails had been cut too short and we were not informed of this. We tried to call back and ask about it and there was no answer.Overall, their prices are good but not worth the blood from our pup 😕

When our veterinarian office stopped accepting boarding, we were really concerned about finding a place that our dog would feel comfortable at.We are so happy with the care and attention our dog gets at pet resort. My Aussie, Tilly, has been going to Day Care for over a year now and simply loves it at Pooch Resort Boarding & Day Care!! She has so many new friends who love to play and by day’s end she is ready to rest!Which is good for me!! I also board her & our little Havanese Isaac there when we leave town!! It’s nice to know they will get excellent care & lovin’ while in their care! Can’t say enough goodness about them!! We also get both dogs bathed & groom by Hana who does a great job on both of them!! They ARE THE BEST❤️

This is the best doggy daycare that I have ever sent my little guy to. He was also bathed when I picked him up, that was a bonus.To be able to check in on him at any time from my phone, even better. The staff is so attentive and kind to the animals...amazing people!I have definitely found my pups home away from home, he was even excited when I took him back for the second time.I cannot rave about this place enough...truly great place.

I love this place. The employees are so sweet and they are quick to respond to emails, phone calls, etc. I also have my babies groomed here and they have always done a GREAT job.The only improvement I would like to see is the upload speed of the online webcams. I can see my babies, but it’s all in super slow motion!I highly recommend Pooch Resort to EVERYONE!

I have taken my Lacey there to be groomed for the past two Christmases (she’s a short-hair, so it’s easy to take care of her at home during the rest of the year), and they have done such a wonderful job with her both times. She always smells so nice when I pick her up and gets a little holiday themed neck scarf. They are very responsive, even on their off hours.

My 11 year old Minature Schnauzer had become so anxious and afraid, that a well known local groomer refused to continue grooming her. A friend recommended Hannah Ikner of Pooch Resort Boarding Daycare & Grooming. At the first appointment, Hannah took the time to talk to, coax, and get to know Lexi until she was able to groom her. I appreciated the care and concern Hannah showed for Lexi and the extra time she took to help her relax and be more comfortable during the grooming process. The shop is not located near where I live, but I will drive that extra distance to receive that kind of customer care for my pet.

Our pup loves it there! She knows when we’re turning onto the street and gets super excited. We love that they take photos and post on social media so we can see her puppy smiles with her furry friends.

Our dogs always stay at Pooch Resort. The staff are very friendly and also respond quickly to messages. Prices are extremely reasonable. We love being able to watch our dogs on their webcams to see what they’re up to. This is the only place we will let our dogs stay!

I’m very pleased with this boarder and my very spoiled dogs barely noticed we weren’t home! I loved that pictures of them playing were posted on their Facebook page every day so I could see them. The only downfall was that the cameras weren’t operational while they were there and that was one of the first reasons I checked this this boarder.
