My pup had a grooming appt at 2 pm but since he went poo in the kennel they made him go last and we didn't get out until 7pm they made him go last and when I spoke to the manager she didn't even apologize. Good customer service starts at the top.

I had my dogs grooming appt for the wrong day and so when they lady called she could tell I was upset and let me know if they had a cancellation, that they would give me a call. They did exactly that, they were quick to get me in and Tyler? Did a wonderful job on my dogs haircut, he was very friendly and explained everything. We will be returning.

When I accidentally forgot about my appointment, Petco was very accommodating and was even able to see my dog later in the day. They consistently give my mini Schnauzer great cuts and are very friendly to her.

I asked then to leave his feathers and just to do a trim. He definitely had a cut not a trim. He had no feathers at all from his front legs back. That's exactly what I did not want. Also his ears still stink they don't feel like they were washed at all.

There was no wait picking him up. A little wait dropping off with a customer in front way more nervous than her dog. Smokey loved it, smells great and shedding less.
