Super awesome experience! Put it this way we spent over a hour in there, lol. I had to get some stuff for our cat and we also spent sometime taking with an associate about different pets and their care, this was apart of my daughter earning her pet badge for Girl Scouts! The associate that helped us was so knowledgeable of all the different kind of animals and such that they had in store! He was even able to help me find a solution for my aquarium as well! If you ever stop into the store and need any help, ask for Eli!

This is a great pet store. I really appreciate our groomer, Tyler. He does a wonderful job, and our kids love him. Tyler takes his time to understand your pet.The staff is helpful and kind.

The store smelled so bad!! I believe it's the cats they keep right up front as you walk into the store! I understand you want to get them adopted and have them visible, but move them to the back or at the very least clean their cages!Honestly, if I weren't getting my dog groomed, I would've left. It is that bad. I've been to animal shelters that smelled better. I'm not trying to be mean. I'm only trying to make the point that once you work inside for a while, you will go nose blind as to how bad it is.I only gave any stars at all because of the groomer, who I'd give all 5 stars because Tyler was great!I really hope you all fix this because I do want to keep coming to Tyler for grooming, but the smell actually stings my sinuses.

I cannot recommend Aaron in grooming enough, I've been taking my babies there for a few months & he has never let me down. My girl is always nervous but he works with her & she looks amazing, my boy was new to the whole grooming thing and he's gotten it down pat now & again looks awesome. Now as far as the others there, what I've seen watching through the window they all do great work & the dogs all looked relaxed.

Tyler is the dog whisperer! My dogs love him. They hate getting their nails cut and groomed but he has them jumping up on the table. They are huge dogs and he makes it the least uncomfortable and traumatic nail cutting and grooming can be. Tyler is patient and kind to my dogs and does a great job. Thank you Tyler!

Tyler, our professional groomer, is awesome. He actually gives us a parental pup report each time we gather our fur babies. Our pups love him. He really takes the time to make friends with our babies. Can't say enough good things about Tyler!

Delphina is the absolute best. She took such great care of my senior and gave her the best haircut she has ever had! My dog looks like a show dog. If you take your fur baby here ask for her. You won't be disappointed.

In short staff did not speak when entered or even offered assistance while we were standing at the reptiles. We left because my husband walked up to them and they ignore him and so I said helping us isn't important to them and we will not ever be back.

They have every product we need for our animals, and at a great price. Some things they can be a little pricey on. But it is still a great place to by if you our like me. I by in bulk for my cats and big bags of cat food can be hard to carry ( I'm a older small girl ). And with Petco they deliver right to your door for you.

The staff was friendly, which was the only real plus. Unfortunately, the store didn't look very organized or clean and tidy. There were things in the middle of the isles and especially towards the register looked cluttered. They had very limited selections for pet food and cat litter choices which I found disappointing. The items were also overpriced for such limited selections. It definitely could stand some improvements. I only shopped there because I was staying in a nearby hotel. Next time I will shop PetSmart even if I have to drive out of my way.

I’m a frequent shopper and even have my animals food setup on the auto-delivery program until today. The Blue Buffalo food was causing my cat to become very sick so I had to change the food. I changed the food on my online account for delivery and they sent the wrong food. I went into the store, explained what happened, and gave them my phone number…Surpise I was told I didn’t purchase that bag of food from Petco…I said there must be a mistake…The first representative told me to go and get the right bag and they would see what they can do. Now the other part was once I returned to the counter with the correct food I was met with the manager who just snapped right off the bat and said no receipt no exchange our higher up managers don’t allow it anymore is what I was told. I said OK, but I have a delivery account. It should be in your system and there should be a receipt. She said nope they don’t have any records of me buying any animal food from Petco so due to her super rude attitude I’ll just cancel my food delivery and go shop at the pet supplies plus store that just opened up in the next town over….It’s amazing when a store tries harder not to work rather then trying to help someone… I would also suggest maybe hiring people who are pet people instead of people that seem like they could care less about animals because what would you know every time I’ve been into that store half the betta fish are dead just laying there…
