They have shut down their dressing rooms. It was always a pleasure to travel to this location to shop. They do have where you can return clothes within five days, but I’m not gonna go through that effort regardless how far away I live. It’s a big store so there’s that. Bathroom not so nice anymore.The low rating is solely because of the lack of dressing rooms though. Unfortunately, I don’t have a reason to go back , and this was my favorite one.

The lady that was working donations December 17 around 2:30 was incredible rude short lady a little bit older and her helper he was nice but another person was donating to the store an I asked the lady that was donating if it was okay if had the 3 trees she had with out hesitation and very rude your employee immediately yelled no she donated them here yet the lady said it was fine for me to have them than employee took trees in the store very disrespectful and absurd will never in my life will I ever ever shop at this store

This place is absolutely amazing. Dad is the new Reedley staff have all the good wheels I go to is a little guy to take me out if it was great, I didn’t get to the register to check out until five after eight and he was just as nice as he could be. Any good will be very happy that Cross Lanes call pretty great there too because the variety you get at this Goodwill is a unbeatable in comparison to other local goodwill’s!!

Very pricey. Especially when you think that the items were GIVEN to them. Lol. It is hard to see the Smalls and glassware because it is in bins over the clothes racks and I couldn’t see in well without standing on my toes.Parking is a MESS! They allow parking in front of the door that actually impedes the driveway and makes it hard to see people trying to walk out to the parking lot.I don’t think they care about these reviews.

The store has a great selection of donated items, priced as if they were new . It's unfortunate that they have increased their prices to close to new retail value, which defeats the purpose of thrift shopping. In some cases, they price items higher than they are purchased new. Dollar Tree items priced at $1.99 and Walmart shirts with $1.00 & $2.00 clearance tags still attached have Goodwill tags priced at $4.39 for a shirt and $7.09 for pants. Desk chairs priced at $74.99 and cookware for $29.99 are comparable to new Walmart prices. Their pricing is all over the place, and rarely in favor of the shopper. As far as antiques and oddities go, they must check sites like EBay and price slightly higher, positioning themselves as a reseller, not a non- profit set out to do good for the community. The employees are obviously bothered by customers and are outwardly rude, making the Goodwill in Teayes Valley WV an unwelcoming place to spend your hard earned dollar and somewhere I rarely visit.

Cringe. So disappointed to see the rising prices and no color day or discount program available. $13 for a jacket? At the thrift store? The staff here are usually okay, the younger boys who work here are nice but the boomers are cranky. I buy in bulk and to have no discount program for loyal customers is uncool. Idk why this goodwill thinks it resides in Cali, this is literally West Virginia mkaaay? 💅🏻

They have tons of clothes that are color coordinated. I did find the prices high (Dollar store items for 2-3x their new price). All the shoes, housewares, toys, ect. were on top of the clothing racks. I found this difficult to look at due to being short and people in my way looking at the clothing below.The line was also very long.They did have a rewards card which is helpful.

The new store is much larger which is nice. However, the whole store organized only by the color and NOT by the size. I usually stop by Good will stores to browse for a half an hour or so and see what deals I can find. I can’t even imagine going back here and spending hours looking for something row after row. They absolutely need to reorganize it by size and color (within the size), like most stores, to make it worth the trip.

Personally love the store but this past week a man with long darker curly hair cashier made fun of everything I bought. Said I had bad taste and openly made fun of me. Said he would hate to see my house considering what I bought which was home decor. Made fun of the clothes I was buying for my child. I handed him a $20 and he said wow that’s all you have no wonder your here. Hw was laughing at the jokes he was making at me. Also pointed out how “slow” took hangers off. He was so rude. Whoever runs this store I would love to chat. This guy probably hates himself so he projects it on others. Definitely doesn’t need to work with the public.

Everyone from afternoon cashier to manager to gentlemen that helped load item was very attentive and smiles all around. Great bargains ,very nice atmosphere to shop in . Thanks bunches to all.

Have been to over 20 goodwills Nationwide for all the great things they have. This one was by far the WORST OF ALL! The only sorting there was, was by color!!! There was no sorting of size, or barely by gender! Large selection, but it would take hours to just look through it to find your size! But if you didn't care if it fit, at least you would match!!! Sad! So much potential! Until they change sorting, never going back, it takes to long.

I called this Goodwill to verify the hours of operation and she was very very rude. First of all she just says Hello, and I asked if this was goodwill. I didn't know if it was Goodwill or not. She answered as if she was at home drinking a cup of coffee. Be a little more professional when you are in a place of business. Good Will is supposed to help people. I called back a second time and she said the time really quickly and hung up on me again. Very poor customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

I shop here every week. There are only a couple nice employees. The rest of them are extremely rude. With that being said I had a terrible experience recently. As I said i shop there very frequently and spend decent amount of money. I have the rewards card for every 15 dollars spent i get a sign off. They refuse to give me my stamp unless i ring it up in 15 dollar increments. Last time i was in there the woman said that makes no sense which it doesn't and it holds the line up. So she gave me my rewards based on my total amount spent. The last time i went in the line was very very long and a very long wait. So i just purchased all my stuff and asked for my rewards after. The woman at the register was extremely rude said no we aren't doing that and if you have a problem with it talk to my manager. I called the store to ask for corporates number i got hung up on first time then second time was told im new i don't kmow it I said please ask another employee she said no hung up on me. I am tired of the terrible service. This will be resolved. I dont normally complain but I was very disrespected and I spend alot of money in this store.

This Goodwill employs a developmentally disabled adult! 😊 I always find cool Knick knacks at this store. Cashier was friendly and I did not have to wait very long to check out. The cashier did a good job wrapping my breakable items which I appreciate. Parking isn’t the best. You have to park your car then cross traffic to get into the store. Prices are getting higher here but I did manage to find a few bargains.

I like finding good deals they are the highest of all the thrift stores tho , and now they ask to round up my change so th y can keep it for they fund .. I said what's your fund and he listed a referral service so basically you want me to give my change for you to tell me that if I want a medical card I go to DHHR ? So basically it's nothing ... I feel robbed 😂😂

Visited on 4/25/21 and as a mom of 4 children I do not recommend this store. All clothing is separated by gender and colors only, not by size. Womens and Mens sizes are not separated by anything but colors. Plus Sizes & Maternity aren't separated but mixed in with all other colors and smalls and mediums. Also alot of things with stains. Don't waste your time with the new Goodwill model of setting up their merchandise this way.

This store has has share of bad employees. The newest string of management is just as bad. I have complained numerous times and they have the hired up manager come in but she does nothing as well. I've witness the current manager purchase a item while on clock that never was on sell floor but yet she fired a girl a month before for doing the same. I guess she's special??

They closed and expanded the store. It is clean but disorienting. The music is loud along with the loud TVs they have added. Real sensory overload. Everything is on top of the clothing racks (No rhyme or reason) not everyone can reach. They need to rethink the design!

I’ve been coming to this store 3-5 times a week for 5 years. Recently they got a new manager and the prices are ridiculous. Everyone is complaining about it. They had a dolloar tree plastic cupcake holder that cost 1.00 at the Dollar Tree priced at 3.00. They had a candle the originally cost 5.99 and they priced it at 7.00. Used dog beds for 10.00? I went today to try on some jeans and they are now locking the dressing rooms but the manager took the only key. You guys really need to get it together or your going to lose a lot of money and business.

Meh. It's a Goodwill store. When you find out how much the CEO and higher-ups make, you'll want to support locally owned businesses. This particular store is a little too pricey for me. They receive this used, often broken, stuff free but price it as if it were "like new".

Small items,housewares miscellaneous are on top of all racks of clothing. It forces you to pass every person in the small isle during a pandemic. Someone didn't think this through. Short people can't reach.

This location is hit and miss the pricing system is horrible you got something from Dollar General that cost $8 and it probably didn't cost that much new then you got something name brand like Nike that's only $5 it's confusing broken toys being sold broken everything sometimes there's a treasure though like everywhere secondhand

This place was so much nicer before the new building and covid. Now the prices are outrageous. I will not donate here any longer . I will take both my donations and money to the salvation army in Crosslanes.
