Flawless Pet Salon set a new bar for excellence. The staff was extremely accommodating, asked thoughtful questions, and observed COVID preventative best practices to ensure the safety of everyone. The grooming was meticulous- truly flawless. My dog emerged happy to see me but not manic- waiting for me to save him. Beyond impressed!

I loved having Lindsey groom my dog at Flawless. But I did not like cash only requirement, or the cage like atmosphere. I highly recommend Lindsey. She has been grooming my pups every 6 weeks for years.

Had a bad experience with another groomer in town but neighbor recommended Flawless...so glad she did! They got our dog in quickly, have a very efficient "covid friendly" system, and my Boomer looks fantastic!!! I also liked how they updated me with an issue during his cut to keep me informed. Would highly recommend them for all the furries in Teays Valley!!

My dogs love them, and they love my dogs. They looked, felt, and smelled great! They did everything I needed them to do and didn't trim more than I wanted. I'm a regular now for sure!

Took my 6 month old Goldendoodle for her first visit, and they took the time to teach me proper grooming, and will help her get used to visiting the groomer. As a first time dog owner, I really appreciate that.

Made appointment and showed up 20 minutes early and we got corrected that we was early with rolling eyes and a attitude. My wife walked in smiling and said hello and all we got was a look from hell because we were early and a comment very rudely that we were early. Yes we arrived early but we didn't throw our dog on the table . We decided we didn't want someone so rude working on our baby. So I wouldn't call this place "Flawless"!!
