Their website said they had the boots I wanted in my size 13w, but when I went in to buy them they were nowhere to be found. I needed them that day, so ordering them wasn't an option. Staff were very kind and helpful though. DO NOT TRUST THE WEBSITE.

They do not treat their employees well at all. Unrealistic expectations with little to no staff. The gm there is threatening people with their jobs and they are walking on eggshells. It’s a hostile work environment. Employees are frightened to say anything about it because of possibly losing their job. Employees are quitting left and right. I only know all this because I am a former employee and other employees that are still there have been telling myself and others about the toxic work environment. Something needs done. The employee’s voices need heard and this is the best way to get it out. Thanks.

Was profiled by two of the employees from the firearms department. They were following my dad and I in multiple aisles. They quickly left me alone when they followed me to the cash registers, and especially when I handed over two 100 dollars bills.The front counter employees were friendly and did a great job.

Sports store. Went to get some boys compression tights and long sleeve DRI fit shirts, could only find one of each, so not the best selection. We were able to find everything else we needed for soccer though, and have purchased a trampoline and basketball hoop from here in the past.

I would give this place a 0 if it was possible! Horrible customer service and employees are way too young to be in the firearms department! After they get done chit-chatting with other employees/friends then they can help you. Also they have no knowledge of the guns or accessories they sale! Was excited to have a sporting store close by now but after the 2 times I've been there I will gladly drive 20 or 30 min away to the other big stores, at least they have people working that have some knowledge of what they are selling not to mention the prices are a little better. All in all....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT DUNHAM'S !

Wasn't really impressed, but not enough time to really judge. Sign on the door said they were open until 9, but at 8, they started shutting the lights off. Since I got there at 7:55, wouldn't have bothered getting out of the car if I'd have known. Seems pretty common these days. Store management should change the signs if they change the hours.

It was ok. Had plenty of stuff there. The entrance was a bit off and things were a decent price. Asked where something was, knowing I'm in a sports store and directions had to be redone😅 cause ya know they are about to close at this point so I'm trying to GTFO.

Dunham's is a great place for camping, hunting, stuff also guns&ammo, kayaks, canoe's, also weights and excercise equipment and everything in-between. Even clothes and shoes. Cool store!

Very disappointed. Walked in cashier just leaning over the counter playing on their cell phone didnt greet me. Can't tell who works here because only one person had a dunhams shirt on with name tag. Walked the store for a good 20mins and no one asked if i need help with anything.

The only reason they got two stars is bc the checkout lady was real nice and tried to help. I came in for some baseball socks and belts. Found the socks but couldn't find any belts. Asked the checkout lady if someone could help me and she called over the radio for assistance. Waited ten min, no one came. I went to check out with the socks, another associate or manager came up while the checkout lady asked if anyone came, which I replied no. The second lady apologized bc they were short staff and then walked away. Didn't even bothering to ask if she could help.

In making a regular trip to Liberty Square for needed household items, I decided to stop in the new Dunham Sports store and I had moderate expectations. From the second I walked through the door I was highly impressed with the flow of the store, I was impressed with the unwavering desire to help and make sure I had all the information I was wanting to make a moderate purchase decision. The young lady that helped me insisted on operating the dolly to get my purchase to front register although I asked her to allow me to do it and in a financial sense, I love her decision. Not because I didn't want to put any effort into the purchase but because if she'd allow me to operate the hand truck or dolly and I had an accident then there's where the decision made great financial sense. To top it off she was very tactful in not allowing me to operate the dolly. So you're aware I'm a big guy, 6'3" and I'm moderately strong.OK so now we have established the fact this is a class organization we can talk about two factors that superceed the first more most people. I can't say it's true with myself, working for a class organization is the most important thing in business as a job seeker.DUNHAM SPORTS HAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SELECTION AND PRICES. The staff is knowledgeable and I will be a regular customer.Thanks for the great first experience

The worse customer service ever. Went in to make a firearm purchase, stood at the gun counter for 10 minutes while the 4 employee's walked back and forth not one ever stopping to ask if I needed help or to say they would be with me in a moment. They lost a sale and a customer.

Good place to purchase shoes and clothing. They have very good selection of clothing and the normal sporting goods. Very convenient location just off I64 at Liberty Square shopping center..
