Overall decent experience. The store hasn’t really changed much over time. It is kept clean just a bit dated. It seems they have lost a bit of selection since the last time I was there, but this was over two years ago. The staff were pretty friendly. The price of products was reasonable and some good bargains to be found!

It’s a great dollar store. Always very organized and maintained. You won’t imagine the things you can get here for the price. Jolie was my cashier and was very friendly. She really helped me out with the purchase. Highly recommended.

This Dollar Tree is in a convenient location.The store is orderly and well stocked.This is a busy place but I didn't have to wait in line. The cashier was polite and kept things running smoothly.I will give them a big thumbs up for a job well done.They have seasonal decorations too!

18 yr old girl named "Livvy" (she told the two women in front of me her name and age) displayed major attitude when asked to wrap the 6 vases that I purchased. She started my transaction by yelling to the cashier behind her that after she rang me up she'd be taking her break to which he replied he knew. She asked if I wanted the vases wrapped and I said yes. She said, "there's the paper so you can wrap them to your liking" ... I said I've never been told to wrap my own glassware and just one piece of paper around each vase is fine.. She looked at the woman behind me and asked her if she was in a hurry and the woman replied no then the cashier proceeded to huff and puff as she wrapped the vases. Of which she only wrapped 3... 🤦🏻‍♀️ I even thanked her and she didn't even acknowledge that or thank me for shopping.

I have to say that every time I have visited this store, I am greeted with a smile and someone asking how my day is going. However, I much as I shop the Teays Valley store, I do think they need to get a new delivery trucking service. Today, I just happened to be walking my dog behind the Aldi's when I witnessed the delivery driver for Dollar Tree and the store manager having a conversation. The store manager simply asked the driver to give her a box that was supposed to be delivered to her store when the truck driver quickly turned ugly and kicked boxes on the truck because he was asked to do his job in my opinion. Just wondering if the most recent post for this store is not from the truck driver which was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I support my Teays Valley Dollar Tree Store and the smiling, friendly faces that greet me each time I enter the store and they should not have to deal with rude, inconsiderate, nasty delivery drivers who display that type of behavior by simply being asked to do their job.

Found some cool food here. They had the votive candles and 2 of the Halloween decorations that I had been looking for. The cashier was friendly and I did not have to wait long to check out. The cashier did not put the soap and candles in the same bag with the food which I appreciate. Nobody want their bag of chips rubbing up against a bar of soap due to the cashier put those item in the same bag. Found a few bare areas but this store but it was mostly well stocked. Even though this store is out of my way I will come back here and shop again. Good experience.

I walked up to a cash register, and stood, about two seconds later the cahier who was at that register walked away and began to do something else other than wait on me. I went to another cashier in the meantime, but I dont understand why the cashier walked away while I was standing there. I believe her name is Pat.

store stocked , but the manager belinda needs to get off her high horse. Witnessed micro managing at it's worse. After sounding like a yapping chihuahua, no wonder half the ppl gone. Cashier was pleasant and lynell and kim helped me alot.

I love shopping at dollar tree as a single dad. Lots of basics like flossers and paper towels. Gift wrap and holiday decorations too.

They have a better selection than most dollar stores, but they only had one cashier on a Saturday. Checking out was rather slow.

I always shop at this Dollar Tree, as it is the closest one to me with a cooler foods section. It is nice, except there is usually only one lane open.

Bathrooms marked out of order told by emoloyee it was done because they were tired of cleaning it hard to shop with kids when theres no restroom will have to find somewhere else you cant even change a baby
