Been going here for most of my life and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience! The food is always good and the cold treats are too. I always get a DQ birthday cake for my birthday and they are always delicious! 😁On our last visit, our Blizzards tasted great. I had Oreo Brownie 😀

Was pretty dirty when we went. Sticky seats and tables. I understand being underpaid, but this isn't excusable. It took about 15 minutes to get a single blizzard to the point our little one was almost in tears from waiting and watching OTHER kids walk by with their orders way after we placed ours. We were greeted by a teen boy who was unpleasant and looked half baked.

Brownie sundae oh my! I didn't have a chance to take a photo till I was done I was busy! And didn't stop!Update. 2nd time I've got the wrong order and don't realize it till I get home. Chewy fries went out the window. Bad. Good. Bad. Good. Just gotta figure out if it's worth the gamble. Get my order wrong and say have a blessed night, sarcastically. Nice.👍 I knew going close to closing time was a gamble so it's on me. Smh2nd UPDATE. What is with the staff lately? Nothing I order is correct when I get home. They need extra parking for people that want to check their order before leaving the parking lot. Smh

I'm not sure what is going on. They're supposed to be known for their blizzards but every single time we get them there is barely any toppings in them or all the topping is at the top and nothing but vanilla ice cream at the bottom. The one we used to go to in Montgomery would fill the cup half way with ice cream then toppings then more ice cream then toppings and blend. Came out nicely. This one in hurricane has just lost its ability to make a good blizzard. They hiked the price up and dropped the quality and presentation. I got 3 for my family the other night and the small was only filled 3/4 of the way, mine had hardly any toppings and my husband's large was basically vanilla ice cream with a couple strawberries. It's just ridiculous.

This is my 'go to' Dairy Queen in the area because of the outstanding service. Dairy Queen is that fine line between fast food and sit down in terms of speed (depending on your request), but I find this location is consistently fast and accurate.

Very disappointed in at least 2 employees at this location it all started when I asked for something as simple as a little mustard to dip my pretzels in well I got immediate attitude saying we can't just give you mustard I kindly asked why he said the managers told them not to like it was gold or a refund I was like I just need a little he said no of course so I did without the pretzels so my stepson ordered a burger without mustard cause he hated the stuff and rest assured when we got the burger it was so smothered in mustard you couldn't even see the burger or cheese my guess this was funny to them they forgot one of our blizzards then acted like we were lying and hiding it somewhere. Because we asked them to fix the burger again. By that time it was time to close so they pretty much pushed us out the restaurant. I love DQ but we will not be back unless a good manager contacts us back and fixes this issue after we spent nearly 40 bucks wish I had the pics of the burger

Service was average, and the lobby was closed, which was unfortunate because my little one was asking to go to the restroom. Also, we had to wait for several minutes for our food, despite being the only ones in the drive-thru at the time. But the food was fresh (as it should have been) and tasty, although they definitely shorted me on my cheese curds.

My 1st and last experience with this location was terrible. Incredibly RUDE. The one worker had 0 patience and wouldn't explain the kids meal option for icecream. Having never seen the menu or how it works, of course I needed a minute and had questions. I did specify it was my 1st time eating there. The "OH MY GOD" that was said through the speaker was unprofessional and left with crying kids due to the level of unprofessionalism. However, my kids did enjoy their hamburger.

Horrible customer service every time!!!My husband stopped to get me an ice cream cake for my birthday. Asked to have extra fluff around cake, they refused said it was weighed and they couldn’t do it. Even after offering to give them an extra five dollars (way more than it would cost) they refused!! He said he should’ve stopped at Scott Depot DQ (manager is always accommodating there)they proceeded to say “yeah you should have” absolute jerks at this place!!!

Evening crowds = longer than average wait. Asked for a Chocolate Covered Cherry Blizzard & was told, not politely, "we don't make those anymore". Um, yes you do. It's cherry sundae topping & chocolate shell in a cup of soft serve, ran through a blender. If they don't *want* my business, I'll take it elsewhere, and suggest you do the same.

Love this place. The kids who work here are great and the food is always good. The only thing I scratch my head about is that they give me my desserts first right away, while I wait on my food at the drive thru. So by the time I run it home, its always kinda melty.
