Some items are a good price others are expensive in my opinion like most of the food is a lot more costly then Walmart. The store is pretty nice same as any other big lots. I enjoy looking at the spring and summer decor. They have alot of room to park. It’s easy to locate right by the dmv and the goodwill in teays valley. They also have rewards program. Over all it was a pleasant shopping experience

It was not a good big lots due to the fact that the management left a really nice young lady at register and not enough employees to tend to guest.

We used to like going here to find products you never see anywhere else in the area, plus they've always had low prices. This trip was a huge disappointment — they've mostly stocked the same thing every other store carries or things no one else is carrying for a reason and their prices are super-high now. I know inflation has gotten bad, but they're worse than the grocery store. I picked up a little bag of something that I used to pay 99 cents for there all the time and they now have it priced at $3.99...I let them keep it. I did find a good deal on foil that I like and the Kroger near me no longer sells, so I picked up a roll — I didn't notice until I got home that it rang up $2 more than what the sticker on it said, so not such a good deal after all. I won't be in a hurry to visit again, but I'm sad to see it take this turn.

I have loved Big Lots all my life. From the rare foods to the discount furniture to the holiday decorations, Big Lots has consistently filled the "Let's see what they have" shopping niche that other big box stores over-saturate with intense commercialism. For this Teays Valley location specifically, it is always neat and clean. It is well organized and has helpful staff. The location has accessible parking and is easy to get in and out of. It actually used to be part of an old Kroger in the 70's from my Facebook surfing, so it is a good size department store. Keep it up Big Lots Teays Valley! 👍👍👍

Stopped in Odd Lots for a quick pickup....since our Kmart has closed and I just wanted a quick shopping experience. Never expected the service to be good much less exceptional! These guys go above and beyond to help you even when you haven’t asked for help! Excellent!

Love shopping at Big Lots, hated that my husband stayed in the car and sent me in for Laundry detergent, so much to look at i could spend a few hours in there ❤️

Big lots always has nice employees and good customer service. the store itself is a little outdated but they do have good deals on most merchandise and such. overall 4.5 out of 5 I think. I would recommend others to go and have a nice shopping experience.

My go to for La Croix water. Great for soda, snacks and other household supplies. Cute dog gear and always an interesting selection of season décor. The patio furniture and outdoor décor as usually good quality and on trend.The recent expansion and makeover provided room for more furniture and outdoor patio items. Big Lots in Teays Valley is well maintained and managed by a friendly team, many who have been there for a long time. Easy parking with a newly paved parking lot.

The new and improved "BIG LOTS" in Teays Valley is neat, clean. bright, and organized. I picked up some odds and ends. Prices where what was expected. Good experience.

I don't usually expect a lot from Big Lots, & today was no exception. Looking to find a friend some grilling accessories & paraphernalia for a birthday present. Very limited selection of spices & sauces. Grill tools (spatulas, brushes, tongs, etc.) looked very cheap & picked over. Left without buying anything. They often have good deals on many things, but no luck today.

The Best Big Lots out of All of the big Lots store's is this one...Good clean store and restrooms. Most of the employee's there are very friendly and helpful..like Darlena,Teresa,&Tamera. Then you have a bad apple in every store...this store's rudest,hatefulest & most nasty employee is pam...steer clear of that cashier.Marty is a great team manager...ask him anything you want to.

Decent, not great, prices, but they seem to have everything from A to Z. The employees were readily available to answer questions. The store appeared clean, but the bathrooms were outdated and crummy.

Found 2 neon blue fuzzy body pillows for $3 each. Granddaughter loved them. Also found Albanese gummy worms. They are the best gummies you can buy. Trust me, I'm an expert. Great flavors and soft texture.

One of my favorite stores. You can't be sure what you will find there from visit to visit, but it's usually a bargain. Watch for 20% off weekends. Get on the email list.
