The bad here far out weighs the good. Too many undedicated employees. It takes many to run this store so what can you do? They come and go so they're not trained. Not offered I'm pretty sure. Gas station is even worse with surly employees. They advertise opening at 6 am yet check outs are not open until 6:30. Good luck finding anybody to help but be ready to dodge 10-12 employees that will be in your way possessing no help all. Think about supporting someone else. It is cheaper but geez, at what cost?

Good variety, it's just hectic every time you visit; there is way to many people having to use self checkouts which takes 10x longer than someone properly trained on the registers. 1 person can not assist 10 registers at the same time. Js

Always as expected. Lots of items to browse and a lot of self-checkout stations open. Update: In my personal opinion, the line moves faster with self-checkout even if the line looks extremely long, you don't have to wait forever like you used to with an employee. I love the new selection of children's clothing as well. I just bought some really cute night outfits. They are 2 piece sets so you get the shorts too for 10 bucks.

Some of the rudest customer service workers I've ever seen. Store Manager and McDonald's people are nice. Customer Service workers act like they're gonna pass out cause they have to do their job sometimes.

Walmart has Monopoly on groceries and a lot of other things that you need to purchase from day to day and that's the only reason I go there.. everything about Walmart now is awful including the fact that you have to do the employee's jobs for yourself if you want to get in and out of the store at all.. The only thing they seem to focus on at any Walmart location anymore is catching theft.. I'm not stopping the show anyone a receipt anymore.. If you want to know I paid then ring me up yourself instead of making me go through self checkout.

Had a wonderful experience at Walmart today. One of the workers went into detail explaining which types of cheese are best to melt into the bath and soak in it. He said to put a side of chips on the side to enjoy it as a side dish while I soak in the oozing melting warm cheese bath. Thank you Kevin

I pick up orders at the walmart Huntington and Barboursville location for Sparks-every day. The Huntington location is the worst! It’s take them anywhere between 20-40 mins to bring one order out no matter how many people are waiting. The workers are slow and have bad manners.

I shop at Walmart literally every day or every other day. The product and prices helps all families to get their must haves to their fun hobbies and even over to the whole stock of outdoor decor, car needs and must haves to all the products to meet new parents giving their little bundle of lifes everything that is safe and up to date with no worries bc the product testing and recalls help weed out the products that aren't meant for u or ur family

It's just another Walmart. Ride, not enough employees checking ppl out, usually not knowledgeable about electronics or phone things and if you arrive at the wrong time, they say they have no one in the back to give you the phone deals advertised online and at Walmart right now. Buy full price only.

I appreciate that they have a wide variety of products and produce to offer and slightly lower prices than some competitors. Even so, I have mobility issues and didn't have access to a working power cart. Two were plugged in but we're not operable either way. They really should remove malfunctioning carts off the floor and invest in several newer ones for the sake of the handicapped who need them. It's certainly not like they can't afford it. I find that several Walmart locations continually have this issue.

My wife just returned from a curbside grocery pickup at this store. Never again.She arrived and called the number on the sign to check in. She waited 55 minutes and called again; they didn't check her in the first time she called and she had to wait more. Also lectured my wife on how she should call the number on the sign, which she did. It was the employee who failed to check her into the system.She was parked at this Walmart for 1hr 15 minutes to get her groceries. Absolutely ridiculous.

There is NEVER anyone working at the registers. It's just self-checkout only. I remember when you could go to a grocery store and the staff would scan your groceries and then bag them and place them in your buggy. This hasn't existed at Walmart rt 60 for a long time now. This is why I buy all groceries at Kroger and Foodfair. You shouldn't have to work somewhere while shopping. Not to mention the self-checkout machines malfunction all the time which is annoying. And as far as customer service, well that doesn't exist here anymore either.

Had awesome deals even before Black Friday merchandise was out out. I was surprised at how cheap a few of the random big items I spotted were. But as with most Wal-Marts now, they are almost all self-checkout, which I despise.

They're okay. Pharmacy is pretty helpful, and whoever shops for my delivery orders is generally good. As always nothing is perfect and mistakes are made. I dislike going into the store because of the idiocy of other customers, but that's not Walmart's fault. Lol

The selection at this Walmart seems a bit lackluster compared to other Walmart stores. The employees were nice, especially the stock guy who searched everywhere and found a Bullseye BBQ sauce for me.

Getting some things for sis because she had her wisdom teeth removed, before I could back into a spot, this lady was obviously leaving and backed right into me. I saw her and layed on the horn, but she had no idea she did anything till she felt her car bump mine. Who's fault?? We don't know, never will know. Lol but I got my baby's stuff and took it to her

I placed a pickup order. I called upon arrival to “check in” and was told it wasn’t ready and they were behind. I can understand that. Waited almost an hour and placed a second call, spoke to a different person and we hadn’t been checked in. They assured me I was now checked in and they would have those items right out. Waited another 30 minutes. No apology, no explanation. While I had the pleasure of waiting for almost two hours I observed two employees smoking right by the doors. They had three breaks in the almost two hours I was there. Some employees that I saw walking around had vests that looked as if they hadn’t been washed in a month. I’m from the West coast and they all would have been fired on the spot. Never do you wait more than five minutes for pick up items, never. Professionalism is important, you are representing your state. Come to work with clean clothes and brushed hair. The west coast doesn’t have the tolerance for smoking as there is here, we have a smoking area that is unseen by customers. Again you are representing your state and my company walked away with the impressions of uneducated, unprofessional people that just didn’t care about their jobs. Very disappointing.

Not UpTo date on clothing line and Restrooms very discouraging with dirtyness and smells and prices are not the same as the Walmart in other areas close by and check recipt that you are not doubled charged and check bank statements along with recipt in this are that you are not doubled charged at a later date
