Decided to cook a fancy dinner for my girlfriend for our 3 year anniversary & settled on beef wellington. I decided to hit up the new butcher I saw open & I'm very glad I did. They helped me get an incredible cut of meat, cutting a fillet that worked perfectly for my recipe. They provided me with some good tips for my dish. It came out perfectly! Shop is incredibly cute with more than just meat. Will definitely be coming back.

Called to reserve a pork belly for the following day get my name put on it only to come the following day and learn they sold it. Can only hold for 2 hours apparently something not even remotely mentioned over the phone. So a wasted trip and now figuring out the logistics to try again.Edit/Reply: I understand that, I called in the waning hours of the day while I was at work, I work until 2-3 am so I sleep through a bulk of the morning and came as soon as I was able the following day. A 15 min drive so I just really didn't like someone giving their word and it amounting to nothing but wasted gas and time on my end.

The bacon wrapped filet, and the cuts of salmon are excellent. No irony taste in the fillet. You can tell the animal is high-quality! Salmon fatty and flaky, but excellent balance!

It’s great to have a local butcher shop with incredible cuts of meat available and outstanding service. I had an opportunity to speak with Jeff and it’s clear that they know what they’re doing and have brought their A-game to this venture. The staff I dealt with (Anna) was really professional and and went out her way to get me what I needed. The shop is clean and offers unique items, but the main thing - meat - is on point. Highly recommended.

Great, fresh meat and seafood! Meat is locally sourced. Lots of spices and other things to browse through while shopping. The monthly Friday night lives on Facebook give good deals and additional discounts if you buy during the live event. You just order and pick up and pay at the shop Give them a try, you will be happy you did!

Responded quickly on social media about whether or not they had pork belly. Super friendly and helpful staff...and the pork belly was out of this world!

VERY nice shop! Bought 2 Ribeyes, was told I wouldn’t want to ever buy and eat a steak from somewhere else. THEY WERE RIGHT! By far the best cut of ribeye I’ve ever had, anywhere! Reasonable cost, great service, and great selection!

You can go to walmart and get 2 of the same size ribeyes for 25. The butcher ship is 20 a ribeye but it's the best steak I've made on the grill so far. So much marbling it's borderline a wagyu. Definitely will be back for more! Friendly and very educated staff.

First time in the shop today. First you can tell alot about a business by the friendliness and helpfulness the staff . 5 stars for the staff.Great selection of specialty and gourmet items. 5 stars.We made several purchases very happy with them. The locally jarred and made Ghost'ly Gourmet item, 5 stars.Being able to order cuts of meat not readily available at any other store in our immediate area, 5 stars.Glad you are here.Thsnk you and good luck.

Very nice shop. Great selection of fresh meats & seafood. They also have cheese and meats for charcuterie boards! Lots of sauces and spices available, too. Highly recommend checking them out!!
