Best part of my experience here is the service. Very nice people. And what else can be said for the flavor rich coffees and other specialty brews and custom drinks?Kid-friendliness: Easy to get in and out of the coffee shop. However, parking is at a distance since this shop is located in with many other businesses in Pullman Square.

The omnipresent college town Starbucks. MacBooks, stacks of paper and FaceTiming with a latte. Pretty decent location, saw a fly inside the case of desserts which I did not like, but the service was friendly. Line definitely could've moved faster, thought the baristas were dragging their feet a bit. Has outdoor seating on Pullman Square, great setting to sit and enjoy downtown!

Having kind of an off morning and decided to do something nice for myself and get a drink that I tried before as a sample from this location. It's dumb but I hate how the ice starts to come through their lids in chunks as you drink a cold beverage so I always order light ice because that crashes the experience for me. When I went to pick up my app order it wasn't light ice and the color was off likely because of the balance of milk being off. Point of all this is, how much a difference in my day it was when the lady remade my drink. She didn't complain even though I'm sure it was annoying because how big of a deal is it normally to have less ice in a drink? But to me it did make a difference and it made a difference that she was kind about it as well. So thank you so much. I should have asked your name to give you credit and I hope this finds you. If it helps I had a Chai with toffeenut and caramel. Again thank you and if they do identify you I really hope they reward you for the good little moments you create. This one meant a lot to me.

The drinks are amazing, but not the food, the only food I recommend is the cake pops because the food has given me food poisoning many times.Parking: You have to find parking along the street or garages

I usually stop by this location at least once per week. The baristas are always friendly and very helpful and all the food / drinks I've had have been really good. I dont think I've ever had an issue here!

This is the best Starbucks location in town. Great atmosphere, great location and it's in Pullman. The drinks have always been spot on and made right. I'm always greeted nice and the blonde haired older gentleman in his 40s is always super nice and friendly and even remembers my name! You have to love businesses who remember your name and take pride in serving you as a loyal customer. They will continue to get my business for these reasons. Thank You

Starbucks is always good quality, in convenient locations, with amazing cake pops. The employees are pretty young, but they are fully competent and trained well. The price is always high at Starbucks, but that’s everywhere. No complaints :)

A drink that I’ve got the last six months. The lady charge me nine dollars when I’ve been paying five dollars and some change for and she wanted to sit there and argue with me about it so I just paid for it and then when my drink came out it was wrong. They made it over and it was wrong again. She had a horrible attitude I will not be going back to that Starbucks.

Always ready when I'm there most of the time and if not they usually have it ready for pick up with in 2 to 3 minutes. If I order I store I still only have to wait no longer then 5-10min. :) friendly staff even if they put up with a lot.Brent is one of the friendliest staff workers at pullman along with others! KEEP IT UP PULLMAN!!!😄

Not bad but it was better when Gabriel worked there. He always made my hot chocolate perfect temp and was very friendly and welcoming.The new staff is not as friendly unfortunately but the food wasn't bad. I liked the crossaint.

Absolutely love this Starbucks! My only wish is that they had more indoor seating that promoted studying. They are near a college campus so that is something I would expect yet it's not there. That being said, a great Starbucks with great staff! They are always cheerful and happy, and even if they get the order wrong they will quickly and pleasantly remake your drink. Love this place!

1st time trip to Huntington for the weekend. Came to this Starbucks twice all lf the staff are really friendly and our drinks were made quickly!Vegetarian options: The Impossible breakfast sandwich is on the menu and I love it!Kid-friendliness: We sat here for some time. Many customers came in with their children getting drinks for their whole family. They also have coloring pages for kids which they hang up at the counter!

We ordered coffee this morning. My husband ran into grab them. When it was handed to me, the lid popped and the cup crushed. ( APPARENTLY the cups were at the end and so the lids dont fit correctly. If they know this why woukd they send them out that way)The entire venti americano spilled all down my arm wrist leg and side. Instant pain and blisters. My wrist has 2nd degree burns my clothes destroyed and my car needs detailed. He went back in and told them what happened. Kassidy gave him burn cream and a wet rag for me. They fixed new coffees and put into new cups, but after this I'm good with no starbucks for a while.

I loved this Starbucks! It's a bit busy compared to others, but it has this very neat charm and most the staff are very friendly and quick of service.Sadly when it does get slow, so does some of the staff, the females mostly in the day/evening times take a very very long time. If you can get past that slowness of some of the female staff, than this place is golden for Starbucks lovers and fans, because you have this amazing view of the fountain and the historic buildings all around you, while you watch every bustling on the sidewalks. Also is conveniently quiet when there are large events in the Pullman square area, but expect that line to be there. ^_^
