Pretty good food but it took me 20 minutes to get my order leaving me only 10 minutes to eat according to your parking restriction. I have a medical condition that requires me to eat slowly. So I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere. My advice, don’t restrict the amount of time your customers have to eat, or give them more time.

This newer Sheetz has declined since it was built a few years ago. The restrooms are now dim and blue lit, and the sinks in the men’s restroom were non-functional. Cleanliness is an issue. Multiple cars in the parking lot were horizontally parked, taking up multiple parking spaces. Additionally, I had ordered a drink through the app and my number was never called - I somehow had to know to go up to the cashier to pick it up.

New review today. Dropped to 3 stars. Had a deal for 2 sliders for 3.00. Figured I give it a try. During ordering, it asked if I wanted to add Mac bites. For 1.29, sure, we'll that equals 2 Mac bites. Really total of 5.13 for these 2 sliders. Sorry Sheetz, no good.

They make good food, but this Sheetz is in a rough location. There is always so much trash in the parking lot and on the sidewalks here. Really wish they would do something about it

The dirtiest run down sheet iv ever seen. Trash all over the parking lot and in front of store as you enter.. the bathrooms has no overhead lights that work besides a blue light. Trash running all over the floors, stall doors broken with graphidy all over the stalls and needles laying on the floors. Who ever the mgt. Over this store needs fired.

I was threatened by some guy over a book bag I asked him not to startle disabled veterans , he told me to leave , I left and called the corporate officeOn Aug 23 I approached him about my bag and he once again got aggressive as if on a substance? But he then told me to leave, I protested and demanded that the police be called , and so some emts sat there and watched as the sheets employee made fun of a disabled veteran who has Parkinson’s disease which causes tremors he was mocking about and putting me down for collecting disability benefits, he used all sorts of profanities and racial slurs, I want the police, because I have the first amendment right, but I never will spend a dollar again in sheetz because , they are a rip off anyway , they are going to lose about 20$ a day , he tried to get other people to indict violence on me , it’s all on camera , and the emts are going to be hearing about it from the mayors office , when I called corporate office the second time I had to question if making fun of disabled veterans was standard operating procedure ,

The gas station was very clean. The bathroom was clean too, or maybe it only looked clean because they use blue lights only, I hear it’s to keep people from overdosing in there. I support it, mostly…but I think people get the wrong idea, because I a quick bathroom trip ended in horror as some unidentified individual tried their hardest to invite himself into the stall I was in. It was very bold and freaky. I won’t be visiting that bathroom without backup again, he even had the audacity to knock on the door and peek through the crack at me, several times.I guess it’s a small price to pay to keep people from overdosing…

It's my little dog, Bear-Bear's favorite place to go. He's 18 years old and has one tooth left, bless his heart, and I always get a small cup of grilled chicken for him do he recognizes it when we pull in. They have a big selection of frozen drinks like slushies and slurpees but their brand, of course, and good coffee and cappuccino for myself, so, we go there often.

They never open their cream machine because mostly addicts buy it. It's cheap and filling so basically because of their views on addiction,and not wanting to do the extra work the ice cream machine requires yes never open.

I love Sheetz but I think they made a bad choice putting it where they did. There are panhandlers constantly asking for change, every time I come here they try to hustle you for money or rides. Some lady actually asked me to buy her a full combo meal "LoL". Sir will you buy me a sub, fries and on yeah can I get a Coke? I actually did because I couldn't tell if she was bs me or being real. Needless to say I don't mind helping people but when it's non stop it get's overbearing. They need to fix the air machine because that POS is always broke. Otherwise everything else is good.

I stop here every day and it's actually something I look forward to. The people that work the night and morning shifts are always incredibly nice and helpful. I appreciate the way they treat customers and I'll happily go here and pay a little more for gas just for the positive experience.

Super friendly staff, plus I'm there everyday at least 2 times per day, and some days more than 2 times, and a few staff members see me all the time and really treat me great by acknowledging me as a frequent flyer and having conversations with me, and making me feel like they truly appreciate me as a good customer. Keep up the amazing customer service with your great employees!!

Really nice staff food is usually good too. As for people complaining about being kicked off the lot for panhandling let me tell you Huntington is full of people trying to bum money / smokes off of you. I've had it happen 2 times at this Sheetz and within a minute the staff was outside chasing the bums off. Personally I was thankful

Please stop lottering on the outside of your store please people asking for money and also they have someone watching from a distance to see where you are getting your money from and threatening customer's and causing fights when someone stands up for another person!!! This is bad for business

Really I would say 0 stars, I was waiting for 20 MINUTES for a SMALL hot chocolate!! They never called my number. I was standing in the same spot!! I NEVER MOVED!! And he dared to tell me they've been calling my number for a while. Whatever. Never coming again.

Of the three Sheetz locations in Huntington WV, this is the smallest. However, they're still a great place to grab something hot and fresh to eat, buy some snacks and refreshments, and fill your vehicle's tank with fuel! Centrally located, they're a very short distance from the Cabell Courthouse and all the downtown businesses.

I walked through the parking lot and ran into a friend, after talking for a minute i asked him for a cigarette and apparently this is a crime at this store. An extremely smart assed employee and an God officer with nothing better to do told me i had to leave the parking lot for panhandling. This is not the first time i have had a negative experience with an employee with ZERO people skills. I will gladly avoid sheetz and tell others to do so as well, especially if they are carrying a back pack, mine held my work shirt and a few groceries by the way. This is the worst, stuck up, unfriendly store to come to Huntington.

They look at everyone not dressed up as an inconvenience. My buddy I've known for years handed me a cig I didn't even ask for while we were talking at his truck. Next thing I know a cashier and security kicked me off the lot for panhandling. They are complete aasholes.

Three words, fams: Pineapple Dole Whip (PDW)! I thought I would never be able to eat delicious PDW anywhere else but Universal Studios in Orlando but I am happy to report this Sheetz has PDW on a self serve machine. Its heaven on earth. This is pure gold.NB: I recommend the fruity pebbles rice krispy squares as a supplementary snack with the PDW. The hints of lemon and berry in the fruity pebbles pop out vividly on your tongue when mixed with the pineapple sorbet; you wont regret it

Their fuel pump malfunctioned and never shut off while I was pumping gas. My gas tank overflowed and I was stuck with the bill, plus the damage the excess fuel probably caused to my car. Attendants didn't lay down pads or sand until all of the fuel entered the drainage system. Huntington - if your water smells like gasoline, this Sheetz is probably the culprit.
