Friendly, knowledgeable and eager to share said knowledge, animals come first, wide variety, great prices. I noticed that some people, especially parents take offense to being warmed about the animals that bite. I think I'd rather someone warn me a bird bites than not knowing until it takes off my kids finger.

Very knowledgeable about their reptiles. I was going to purchase a reptile for my nephew and needed more info on geckos. She answered every question I had and disnt make me feel like I was stupid. I will def be back and they even help with stuck shed, eating problems with your reptiles and ect. Thanks s&s for your help today .. def highly recommended...

Absolutely love the place me and my girlfriend have gotten a leopard gecko and a emperor scorpion and stop in there nearly every week best pet store I even when to and give amazing deals definitely going to go purchase more from them

As soon as I walked in the smell was absolutely horrendous. Dozens of rats were crammed into a single small aquarium and the smell of the place made my eyes water. Very dirty and smelly and not at all impressed.
