Very first time we took our extremely large English Mastiff Beauregarde there. Normally, he is very nervous about getting his nails trimmed but the groomer made him feel right at ease while she trimmed his nails. It was an amazing experience for him and us. I truly recommend! ❤

My dog been getting groomed here for quite sometime. Today we made decision not to take him there anymore. Price is ridiculous! They said he was aggressive and he bites if it continues on we would be charge $15.00 extra. Took my dog to another groomer he was such good boy. It makes me think what’s happening at Oh la la boutique he doesn’t bite for no reason. I will never take my dog here again. $67.00 dollars for his hair and he was small dog a lot of time he got shaved. Overpriced! I will never take him here again.

Pam and her helper did a great job on my 3 Havanese! I’ve been to multiple groomers and always left disappointed but I was so happy with the way my fur babies looked and how well they treated them. I would definitely recommend!!!

My Gizmo looks absolutely handsome after his grooming. He is a ShihPoo so he requires specific grooming. Kuddos to his "girls" that take such great care of him!! We ❤️ you!

They were so professional and personal like family. Our Maltipoo Presley got groomed and pampered. They didn't want him to leave. He looks great. Very good job.

Brought my dog to get his nails clipped; not the normal groomer who does them. She got half way done and then refused to do the rest of his nails because he is very timid and tries to run away. Said if I wanted the rest done i would have to come back and be charged again. Just not very professional in my opinion!

I have an extra tiny (three pound) senior poodle, Pam is excellent for grooming very very small fragile darlings. I ask for Pam because my little dog is so tiny that she requires being groomed by a very experienced groomer. Note: Oh Lala is a seriously "fru fru" type of grooming establishment, sooo, how to put this...they are very unhappy if they find ANY fleas on your dog. That said, it's honestly the best place around for grooming tiny Poodles.

Used to love taking my dogs here and did so for years. Last few times they didn't cut my girl right, just shaved her and she looked butchered. Even cut her beard off. Very disappointing. I won't be back.

Brought in had my schedule day messed up and they helped me anyways and helped me learn things about my dog which was a stray and was badly matted they did a great job and he was very happy after their wonderful sercvice
