Bought these Hot dog buns for 1.50 and they will fall apart on you. Very dry. This bread is good for feeding your wild local ducks . Not good for eating.

This store is always a *little* chaotic; it's like Walmart on downers. The store layout is weird, too. It's all bunched together and some isles are really narrow. That said, if you take some time you should be able to find everything you need. It's well stocked.Bonus: I picked up groceries today and the kid who brought them out to the car was amazeballs! He was so nice and so polite.

I wonder if the shelves are so bare at the Proctorville Ohio store? I intentionally pass by Proctorville to go to the specific store but I am rapidly getting disappointed for in-store shopping.. very bare shelves and seems kind of grungy, though the pickup is great!! Employee Nick is always very friendly helpful!!

I worked there a while ago but was terminated due to a crime I committed when I was nineteen years old. (1992). I would still be stocking shelves today because I liked the job and and coworkers. I have no hard feelings about it. I still shop there.

This is only referring to my experience today...Waited over an hour to get 2 eight-piece chicken boxes. No urgency in the workers whatsoever. I was eventually told that the recipe for the chicken had been changed and the chicken had to be double dipped and fried twice, and it takes much longer to cook. Well, the chicken was obviously fried packed tightly together bc when it was FINALLY done, the worker had to basically rip the pieces apart, which stripped the skin from the pieces of chicken. So, some pieces had no skin and some had too much skin. And, it was way over cooked but I guess that's bc it's fried twice. Also, the flavor of the chicken is totally different than it was. I was very unhappy with my purchase today. I will not be buying any more Kroger chicken. I used to look forward to having some but now...I'll pass.In my opinion, the recipe change is an EPIC FAIL!!!

I absolutely love Kroger's. Where I grew up our local Kroger's went out of business but since my husband and I moved here to Huntington WV we get to go Kroger-ing once you get the APP down you save all kinds of cash.

1 cashier at 2pm on a Monday with her light off. No bagger. She's literally getting 1 customer through every 20 minutes because she keeps stopping to complain about being the only cashier and people getting in her line.Ridiculous to come to a store, spend an hour picking out $400 worth of food to stand in line another hour waiting to get checked out.Get it together Kroger.

Always a good place to shop for groceries. I like the size of this Kroger, as it is easier to navigate and find what you need with wandering through a big mega-store. Prices are ok, your dollar might go further at other grocery stores, but I like the choices here and I rarely can't find what I need.

When you go to this place do not use your ATM machine because when the ATM machine eat your money the company that the ATM machine is through Walnut refund your whole money they will only give you a couple cents also the ATM machine is a third party

This store is friendly my community store customers are great as well thank you come visit 5th Ave Kroger's anytime. My latest visit was. At the frozen cakes dept. Where I found cakes by a company not sure if name but the cakes once thawed. Are exquisite in taste delivery of quality. And. 10.99 a cake. Listen go treat yourself to luxury. In a small scale of price. I shop this kroger quite often. Staff is friendly, but check out is turning out like wally world. Only 1 human register open and 6 tiny scan & go.

Absolutely hate this Kroger. It went through a remodel about a year or two ago but still look like they haven't updated since the 70s. Their produce area and pharmacy was the only positive outcome from the remodel. The registers and self checkouts are very dated. Their freezer section was crammed full like their just trying to flex as much merch as possible. The freezer I checked wasn't a freezer cool but a fridge cool. I could literally squeeze the pizza rolls. The freezers are also very dated. When I went to get an energy drink the employee saw me and heard me say excuse me and didn't move her cart, I left. I don't know if this is a corporate owned Kroger but it definitely gives off a last leg franchised vibe. They do good business cause of their location, being the only grocery store in the vicinity. Highly do not recommend this store! I will follow-up JUST to update this review.

The store is always extremely clean. The store has a wide selection of items and everything is reasonably priced. The store is usually stocked and it isn't extremely hard to find an employee to get help finding something. The lines at checkout are really long even for self-checkout though. This is the best Kroger in Huntington.

The prices in this store are obscene. Their idea of a sale is to raise the price $2.00 on Monday and then decrease it $1.00 on Thursday so that they can say it's on sale. They blame the high prices on the pandemic and inflation, but they are making huge amounts of money, much more than they did before covid.

I'm disabled and can't walk around very fare so, I look for an electric scooter to help me shop there is none All hear there being used. I have seen time and time where people will be seating on them in front of the store but not using them to shop how is that right. Most of the time there isn't even a cart available but see workers are seating around not doing nothing that is sad
