Everyone that works for Grainger is extremely nice!! It must be a requirement to work there or something. Lol. But no joke. They are so very nice and have helped me my water pump issues several times now. If the person that is taking care of you at the time can't help you out, then they will find someone who can. They do not let you off the phone or leave out of their store without being satisfied with the service and having helped with any issue you may have had. This place is great!!

Would not recommend them. Was told they would call when the part came in, waited weeks and called back. Had to make two trips up there was just the point of the salesman lied and had to wait.

This is one store if you're in a hurry you might as well drive an hour to Charlestons location other wise you'll be standing around for about an hour before you get any help and 99% of the time they have to order parts which again no ones in a hurry what so ever
