I used to think very highly of this establishment. It’s where I went for all my herd gear. After trying to speak with the incredibly rude person who runs their customer communications, I will no longer be giving them my business and urging those around me to seek other local businesses that respect their customers.

Awesome new, big open location. Best selection of Marshall gear you'll find in the tri-state area. Kinda pricey, but is good quality stuff. Parking is a bit difficult.

Great service, great selection and very good prices. Tons of variety for any Marshall fan, from clothing to decorations to souvenirs. They have it all.Response to your question. There were a few vehicle decals that I was looking for that you were out of. There was an empty spot on the shelf for them.

Horrible with ethics! I went a few weeks ago to find a baton for my child. A girl was very short and not helpful when we asked about batons and sizing. Very rude. I called Monday to make sure someone was there to size for baton. I was told Mandy was there and she could size them. The owner (a guy) came out to size them. He sized them both as a 19inch. It should only take a week to get the batons. They called to weeks later saying the batons arrived. I had someone I know size my child and they are supposed to have a 22 & 24 inch size.I called this morning to make sure they had green shorts for children. I didn’t specify, but the guy didn’t ask either. The guy that answered said “Umm. Yeah I think so.” He paused and never responded. I said “So are you going to check? I am not coming over for no reason.” He checked and said they had some. We go to Glen’s and guess what they don’t have any. I complained to the lady who looked for the shorts. If at all possible I never plan to step foot into this establishment again. The staff need to be more friendly, specific and obviously want to help the costumers.

We will never spend another penny in this store. My daughter was treated by Rhonda with such a rude and condescending attitude about a missing T-shirt. There’s no need to be smug and rude. Our family has spent way too much money then I care to keep track of at Glenn’s. BUT not another cent. Fix your attitude Rhonda

If you are looking for a hard to find baseball bat, give Glenn's a call. Chances are they have it. If you are looking for new Marshall gear, walk in and check out their huge selection. And if you are looking for some local high school team gear, they have staff dedicated to larger quantity special order items. My son plays baseball for Wayne, and they have been our go to store of choice for several years now. We love Glenn's.

I love shopping at Glenn's and have been for about 25 + years. Pricey I don't agree I bought quite a bit of Christmas gifts there including North Face Under Armour and Marshall University all was very well priced and FYI cheaper than the top retailers at the mall.

If you are looking for sport memorabilia then you should try Glenn's. They have a great supply of about everything you need either as a player or a fan. There prices are competitive to other stores. Here you get the quality you expect at a good price.

Hardly anything in this store anymore; unless you are a die hard Marshall Thundering Herd fan! Cause that's all that's in there, is Marshall attire or everything Marshall. Use to be my favorite store and didn't have to go all the way to the mall. Not anymore

Glens is in a great location for a quick shopping spree for some shoes and a couple hoodies so you don't gotta run to the mall !! Good selection of Nike, Adidas, and Jordan shoes. Also nice clothes and the prices are good-
