If you want quality customers, you really should remove the homeless and drug addicts from outside your front door. This picture was taken on May 4 at about 11:30 AM. I was intending on coming in and spending about $50. I saw this and went elsewhere. I hope upper management sees this review.

The most junked up dollar store I've ever been in. There is literally merchandise everywhere. The employees are rude and always seem like they're in a bad mood. (I would be too if I was the only person working register and restocking the store). The lines are usually too long. Also, I don't recommend going if you need a lot of things requiring a cart. If you're lucky, you can get a cart. If you're lucky enough to get one, you better hope you can actually navigate it through the store without trampling over junk and blocked isles. Oh, I also forgot to mention. They're never open consistently during normal business hours. Happy shopping ya'll.

I was in there on Monday, and I'm in there a few days per week, and I have to honestly say that I was very impressed with the amount of products they had stocked and the store didn't look like it was going out of business for the 1st time in a long time that I can't recall. Also I noticed they had way more people working all thru the store stocking the shelves and making it look like a store that's open for business nowadays!!

I found it to be very messy, the cashiers to be very rude. It seemed like they were just annoyed by my uncertainty of which register to go to. They just stood there as if I should know what they want me to do. They didnt talk to me, other than asking me if that was all, with out even looking in my direction. Told me the price and that was it. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them just by being there. I feel uncomfortable when I have to go there. And I still go there because its convenient when I need to pick up something random. Not friendly by any means. I also see homeless people there every time I'm there, and always by them food and drink. But sometimes I just feel pressured to help because they are so close to the entrance of the store.

By far one of the most disgusting places to shop. Rude, disrespectful and vulgar employees. Mostly young kids working with their friends hanging out. Shelves are constantly bare yet items in boxes by the shelves any time I've gone in. But they'll tell you they cannot get the item for you until they do stocking.. People stealing in plain sight.. It's an unsafe store. I live a half block away but now drive to 5th Ave. This store needs visited by district manager. It's awful

Very rude employees. Majority of workers act like they're mad they actually have a job, and takes it out on the customers by way of rudeness. This is the worst location in which to shop. Atmosphere is so depressing due to the attitude of the workers. No one ever smiles here. Especially the day workers. Dirty. Messy. I go out of my way to a different location and it's a totally different experience. Well worth the extra miles to avoid this particular location.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. The store is filthy and the employees are rude. The employees that are helpful and respectful to customers get fired at an unbelievable rate. They are supposed to open at 8am. That almost NEVER happens. It is 8:40 and they still are not open today.

Family Dollar on 10th street used to be a store I visited a few times a week but I moved away for 11 years. I am happy to see that its going to continue to be a store I frequent now that I've moved back to the area! Clean, well stocked, professional, and friendly employees (who never gave me a moment of grief over my still-learning service dog) make Family Dollar on 10th street my 'go-to' store for the things I need! :)

We come here A LOT.I like the store overall pretty well.Prices are usually cheap. Its a dollar store so there's not much to say.They did just hire one woman who is just so rude.She just doesn't say anything or acknowledge anything. I honestly cannot picture her smiling or laughing.She's like this with everyone.She portrays herself to be angry or just aloof all the time.They need to get rid of her.

Most of the cashiers are friendly and helpful with finding items but the store is always a mess and the supervisor on duty would not even let me in to grab an item that would’ve taken 1-2 minutes and the store wasn’t even supposed to be closed yet. Recommend shopping elsewhere.
