This place went down hill so fast after opening they can’t keep anything in stock the employees are constantly complaining and have horrible attitudes. The blonde who I think is a manager is always just standing around not doing anything. She will watch a line be backed up and not jump on a register to help. I’m reporting this store to corporate

Maybe I just always go at the wrong time but the shelves are never stocked. Lucky to find half of what I need. But it's the only dollar store in walking distance from my house.

These two stores together no way what a deal have fun shop you drop the service end is Kool people give them a chance all is new. Fresh. So we were all new before so there .ART the art section is wonderful spectacular refer to picks I placed anything you need is in these two stores. 2/20/23 I've been to this store now twice. The employees are friendly depends on the person. I like their service and if you get an employee named Sherry well she's just adorable. A sweet tiny little ole lady. She has made us feel comfortable. Good job guys. I also bought this Bluetooth speaker your phone devices are probably louder than this speaker. I paid 25 for it. I wanted some boom boom no bass at all.

I visited this store around 6pm today, and I bought a 6-pack of coke and a 6-pack of diet mountain dew, both bottles. After I paid and left, another customer hollered at me from the door and asked me to come back in. The manager met me at the door and asked me why I walked out "with the merchandise I didn't pay for".I told her I had just bought them, and I would rather enjoy them at home instead of at the premises. She asked me for a receipt, which I was carrying IN PLAIN SIGHT.After studying the receipt for a protracted amount of time, she hands it back to me and started to walk off.I stopped her and asked for an apology (hey, I work retail, I know how this stuff works). I was mad by now, because she not only accused me of something I didn't do, she was extremely rude from the start.What you're supposed to do is approach the customer, ask to see their receipt, and then-after you look, you thank the customer and apologize.Well, she got this stubborn look on her face, and I knew she wasn't going to apologize, and guess what? I was right. She absolutely refused to apologize for accusing me falsely, and when I dumbfoundedly said "I can't believe that you're going to accuse me like that, and then not even apologize once you're proven wrong!" She then accused me of cursing at her and said I was banned from the store. She wasn't wearing a nametag, but she claimed she was the manager. Lert's just say that corporate and I are going to be having a talk tomorrow.Follow-up. I came back about a week later, and this girl brings her self out on the run, screaming at me, saying I'm banned from the store. I'm made because I'm probably the first person to get banned from a store for NOT stealing, but businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone. I left, rather than make a scene. I went to another Family Dollar location and got the numberfor corporate.Update #2: She was a new manager at the time, but guess what? SHE NO LONGER WORKS THERE. Sayonara, witch.

I had a very bad experience with your dollar store on 6th ave your cashier put spit on her fingers to open my bag and i said 2 her dont touch my bag money or items i think it is disgusting to see spit on her fingers to open my bag next time im going to record her an if i get sick im going to take out a law suit covid an the flu is not something to play around with i no people who has passed away from this disease please address this with your cashiers or i will report it to the health department. Just nasty.

Everything is out of order (arranged eradically). You can't take buggies outside so that makes it hard when shopping. I would not recommend this place but it's good for a quick item pickup.

I like this Family Dollar but it is extremely dirty And everything is still in boxes in the aisles instead of on the shelf But they don't care if you open the boxes so you can still get what you need

In walking distances if you live in the westend and prices are good .....but only thing they need to keep up with there buggies and need to hire more stock people because sometimes the illes are more blocked with the restock ideams just need alittle more help but other than that they good to go......be blessed 🙌
