I've bought milk from DG, fruth and always spoiled. But here, family dollar always has FRESH FROM THE REFRIGERATOR. I can't find everything but even the brand of bread is reasonable and tastes good. The employees are always pleasant, unlike other places. Thank you.

Nice Store, & they have a little bit of everything. My only complaint is that what ever they DO have - it's just not enough of it, for example - the Dog food isle is always half empty & is more expensive than Dollar General Store. It's definitely a much cleaner store than DGS & the employees have always been very friendly.

I have been to the Waverly road store numerous times and they have everything I want or needat a reasonable price. The workers,for the most part are very nice andhelpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The employees are always real nice and helpful. The isles are sort of kept stocked, you'll definetly tell when they get a truck in. There will be boxes everywhere, sometimes clogging up an isle so you can barely get in/through. Also this Family Dollar is quite expensive compared to others i've visited.

I had to edit my review. This location was great when they first opened. I rarely find what I am looking for now, even though they carry the product. Whoever handles ordering to restock shelves is harming the store. I now usually drive elsewhere to get what I'm looking for.

I love family dollar but the employees at this particular store r rude as hell and I go to this store at least 3 times a week. While I was inside shopping my ride was outside waiting on me and a manager came outside and told him he had to leave he couldn't be sitting in the parking lot loitering, said I would not go back there but it's super convenient for me if waskt for that I wouldn't go back.

Understaffed rude employees majority of the time there isnt anyone behind the counter you have to wait or holler for someone to ring you up.! If you have a 50 or 100 bill they act like you're horrible, and last night i went in 15 mins before closing and the manager was yelling they were closing several times and they locked the door 10 mins early so i had to be let out! Im done and never ever shopping there again even though im only 3 blocks from there! Ridiculous!

The manager is a liar and treats employees as if they are expendable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! The store is very unorganized and dirty, There are products all over the store, I have seen open food containers and drinks left all over the place from employee's, The employee's refuse to clean or organize the store it self, The bathrooms are hardly ever cleaned, Floors are hardly cleaned, You can see spill stains on the floors from months ago that have not been cleaned, Clothes are all over the place in the clothing isle and also clothes are left on the floor for days at a time. Try shopping at a different Family Dollar or another store in all together, Try to avoid this store at all cost if necessary, The manager is bitter also very rude and childish to the customers. I would NOT Recommend going to this store. They have done employee's very dirty, I have a friend that is being fired for no given reason. NOT a good place to work, They will put you to work on a 5 person job when 2 are only staffed at once. NOT idea for first time job. Seek employment else where.

I just heard the Cashier say to a Customer that they are to busy to count change/money $$. They only except change that is already rolled. This really makes no “cents”.lolI thought most banks won’t accept rolled coins. They don’t want to be shorted in the roll. Maybe they need to invest in a coin counter/sorter. They must be making money hand over fist. Honestly this points out bad Management skills to let their Customers hear the employees talking about such things.

The current Manager of this store has completely turned this store around! It looks incredibly clean and orderly. The staff is very welcoming!

This place has went through so many employees since it's been opened. It's always under staffed and a toss up if someone is going to be at the counter to check you out. It's not usually a place to use big bills when purchasing items. They usually nice employees. The store is usually a mess when you go.

The family Dollar here is great I've been going there around two year's and you could not ask for better employees they treat you like family and are always stocked on most all items.its the only store I really need to go to other than food they have many more items for most anyone's needs

Already this store is going down hill. No excuse for trash on the floor and the store being a wreck at opening! You can't get thru the aisles for boxes and the store's inventory is terrible. The corporate office needs to see changes are made.

Very clean staff really nice only problem is I was just getting a shipment and there were boxes in the hallway but it wasn't employees fault it's the company's fault you should put away stock at night but other than that it was a great visit

Loved it..Westmoreland needed a family dollar a long time ago. But the staff try to close early every night..i kno they wanna get outa there but u shouldnt b able to do that!😒

Staff is often rude or uninterested in helping but prices are decent and they stay well stocked with a good variety for such a small shop. Food prices can be high though, usually just the perishable foods though.

This store is a dangerous place to shop. Freight in the floors/aisles and it’s just asking for a major accident. I urge the Mkt Mgr/regional Mgr to drop in for a “surprise” visit. There are NO store standards in this store
