Parking lot covered in trash even up by the front door but then when I noticed it is missing is a trash. Can you walk in stuff everywhere look like a bunch of kids went through and pulled things off shelves and just tossed it back up there buggies full of products that need restocked big store looks like it has a lot of potential, but I only noticed one worker trying to do everything, shame on these corporations if it cost for three employees and there’s one that wants to get paid for all three wages!

I once passed two guys fighting on the side. One guy had a 2×4 and the other had a cender block (i was not bout to interfere). The place is quite well stocked everytime I've visited. The cashier weren't very welcoming, you could tell they hated their jobs. I'd only recommend this store as a last resort, yes they have the merch but you'll see shoplifters, panhandlers, and in my case a fight.

THIS STORE HAS WENT TO HELL. SO UNORGANIZED AND NOT CLEAN . THE PRICES OF THE FOOD IN THE COOLER S ARE NOT EVEN CORRECT. TRASH IN THE ISLE AND SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE POLITE. ITS A SHAME. THIS STORE IS DEFINITELY TURNING INTO A HOOD STORE. SMH IAM A GOOGLE GUIDE REVIEWER AND IM ONLY GIVING THEM A 2 STAR.

I would like to strongly disagree with any positive feedback in regards to this location! It is hands down the worst Family Dollar location I have ever been in and I will go without before I have to shop at this specific location!

This is one of the great Family Dollars to go to they got a lot of good stuff and the store is clean most of the time but overall one of the best Family Dollars I have ever been to keep up the good work let's go

whomever was manager on duty at 5pm today stopped and brought a paying customer, who I let in front of me since she only had 2 items. they accused her of stealing when she had clearly just been though checkout. customer asked for an apology, after showing her receipt and the manager walked away from her claiming she was owed no apology due to the lady's language, after being falsely acclaimed of shoplifting. cashier was sweet. store was clean. manager was rude af.

Place is a joke. They arent very customer oriented at all. One register open. One employee stocking shelves. While another stands around and talks to a customer: meanwhile there is a long line of customers. I will never be back again.

Honestly I've never had any issues with "Dollar General". And the only one I do have any issues with, is located on 9th Ave between 21st & 22nd streets East. No matter who you are they will literally follow you around, until you check out or get mad enough to just leave without buying a single thing either.

Would be nice if you had more security cameras outsideEmployees seem to want to be distant from the customersbut can't blamebut don't understand why some things have to be higherand if you're going to carry refrigerated items why their higher and should carry more than you dothere's other family dollars that carries items that you do not and I dont understand when I go to look for something you just don't carry it as the other stores do.And some really depend on this store has a great gift. For other food shop are such a travel. In such a low income area.

They have things in the dollar tubs makes down to a $1 but when they ring it up it comes to maybe $3or $4 bucks and when ask isn't that a $1 it says $1 they say well this what it rang up to be $3 $4 buck and I need a manager to give you a refund...(catch 22 they already ranged it up and handing you your charge clearly seeing its days a $1 on the package and push you to the side no manager or anyone never show or was cslled..To make matters worse the items I paid for 1 was busted and the other was broken but after the way I was ran over and on top of the 15 people in front of me and on 1 cashier working I wouldn't waste me time taking it back. They get 1 star because they were open.

You would be better off going to a different store.Never are fully stocked.And never have what I'm looking for....and never have professional employees.Just random plain clothed people.Less than a mile away.I will tell all my family to avoid this store at any cost

Goodness. 30 minutes in line is absolutely rediculous. Workers in the back not coming up front to help the one worker up front. I work in customer service and I know first hand that you must help your team. Will not be going to that Store again..smh.

Place is a joke and so are the employees they sit in parking lot with their recovery point boyfriends all day and do nothing . I have literally sit and took pictures of all hours of the day that the main manager and 2 assistant managers are outside smoking and sitting chilling in their car while the cashier is the only one in the store for hours !

I shopped here regularly due to living just on 20th. They were always nice until one night stopped to check some prices before my nightly walk with pokets full with a drink that was a regular water bottle filled with tea and wrinked some head phones and my wallet. As I looked around I touched nothing in the store and left before checking everything cause I figured I'd look on the way back as I left I moved things around in the parking lot then took my walk when I swung back by this redheaded lady told me I was banned cause she saw me moving things in my pockets tried to tell her I had cords and things for my phone but still I got banned ... Didn't set of a buzzer or touch anything poor service and false alligations hear from others she do this quite often ..

It was ok, the ladies are a little racist, they greet everyone of the caucasian ethnicity but refuse to acknowledge African Americans when they walk thru the door.. I prefer to go to Dollar general because their customer service is excellent..

Convenient store to get most household goods. Saves a lot of trips to the Big Guys. Easy in and out. Decent selection of food and everything else you might need. It’s just a couple of blocks from home on 8th Ave.

I recently went to the family dollar store located at 8th Ave an 21st in Huntington WV and it was a mess lots of stuff on the floor lots of open packages and and while I was shopping I over heard a worker talking about not going to clean up an put things away because the night staff didn't so why should she,otherwise I went into a family dollar at 14th St west and the staff was very nice an helpful an the store all though crowded it was clean.

Friendly staff, but they were out of several of the items I needed. I noticed many bare spots on the shelves throughout the entire store. My guess is that they may be understaffed.

They didn't have what I needed in stock yet. They were restocking shelves. Will check back, convenience for the neighborhood as cvs closed. Good addition for the neighborhood.
