Was in there about 20 or 30 mins or so waiting patiently in line all the way past the counter. There was other employees there but no where to be found . It's a shame that your other employees cant help out Stacey who's always doing her job. the line was ridiculous. Stacey is always friendly and courteous Stacey will always get a 5 star rating from me hire more ppl like her instead of lazy people.

Macy is an amazing woman! She is my favorite part of going to my local DG :) she makes this mega, walmart owned corporation, feel like a homey small town general store! Always willing to go above and beyond! Legendary

Went to purchase milk, my card didn’t work. The attendant call called the manager. The manager asked it’s it’s my card and even checked my name and asked for my drivers license and crossed checked. I am not happy how they approached the situation I called my bank little later and every thing seems to be fine from my end. They said the chip enabled device used my the merchant may not be working at that time. I even happened to use the same card earlier in the store and it worked fine. I understand problems happen will the devices but not at all happy with the way I am treated. If possible avoid this store and drive to nearest Walmart. 10 mins extra drive will worth while.

This is my go-to store! The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Macy the General Manager. They usually have everything I need and are good about restocking shelves quickly, unlike similar stores. They are always busy and still seem to exceed my expectations!

They could use a little help with their customer service on certain evening shifts; saying this also while keeping in mind of the location of this Dollar General. Even with that being said customer service should never suffer. Stepping back and looking at the store as a whole they still get 4 to 5 stars out of me.

Usually have what I need and they have and the employees are very friendly. I frequent this Dollar Store a lot and the only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the other patrons that frequent this location. I usually have to wait in line for one reason or another, but the folks that work there are very good about trying to expedite as fast as possible.

Really messy. Boxes and merchandise in the floors. A hudge tripping hazard. The associates we're all nice and polite. If they would do more zoning and pricing merchandise correctly would be much better.

This specific dollar General is horrible. I live close to this one but would rather drive out of my way to 5thave location. The employees are extremely rude. The freezer or refrigerator sections is always going out or they put coffee creamer inside the freezer. Also if you want strangers hanging around your car or even leaning against it and the employees refusing to do anything about it then this is the store for you.

Typically the employees are pretty friendly due to the neighborhood this store is in and what they have to put up with. Store is fairly clean. Buggys are pretty scarce but I'm guessing that has to do with theft.

I've been there twice... On both occasions the cashier William was super helpful and professionally informed. Even though I hadn't downloaded the digital app he took the opportunity to explain why I should and he was correct. Thanks William.

Close to my home. A place I frequent often. Great for the quick pitstop or grab a few it2ms you forgot. They have good prices name brands and deals on their brand on the time. Clearance sales seem to always be availbe as well

I was dropped off there to shop while my friend run an errand in my car. I was stuck with my huge hand bag and was afraid the store personal would be following me around thinking I was going to steal some thing because my hand bag was so huge. I even had to wait outside a bit and was worried that they would call the police thinking I was a be, but none of that happened. I was not stocked inside or harassed outside. Therefore I ended up spending more than I intended and am now making that store my favorite.

Crampt, dirty stores no matter location. Service is better than most dollar stores. Company could do more to improve customer service reps numbers and look like they care about appearances.

This store is very unorganized and the employees are rude and to me they seem to be high on something. They also didn’t have their mask on and the customers didn’t have a mask on . It was a very poor experience and will never go in there again if that’s how they keep that place . It’s is a shame because the other stores seem so organized .

Employees are rude , the manager has no clue what she has in stock, and the woman that works up front has an awful attitude. Pass this place up if u can. I asked a manger if they had an item in stock and the manager told me she didn't know if she had this product.

I walked into Dollar generallooking in the first aid I'll might have been there for 30 seconds and was told that if I was planning on shoplifting I need to just drop the stuff and leave. I feel I will not be back to this Dollar general.

Great prices i got 3 lg plactic chairs for $8.00 they were the heavy duty ones. Some stores are very messy but the one on rt60 in Huntington WV wonderful staff very helpful!

I was sent money via Western Union for some electrical work that I did. Dollar general advertises that they are a Western Union post. I have been pushed for time the past few days and haven't had a chance to claim it. This was the second attempt in the City of Huntington to pick the money up today. Both places that I went could not pay me because they didn't have $200 cash in there Western Union till. It's very inconvenient not to mention time consuming when a store is operating as a Western Union but doesn't operate with the integrity Western Union.
