I have to wonder each month if my meds are going to be in stock. Every other month I have to wait for nearly two weeks to get my meds because these jokers don’t know how to check stock. I would like to be able to get my meds when they are due, please.

I moved here from Florida about 13 years ago and I understand small town life is a bit different. However, all too often, business conduct here consistently falls short of....I want to say expectations, but it's worse than that. I mean really, is it too much to ask that if I verify my prescriptions are ready and send my wife to pick them up after verification, for the pharmacy to be open during THEIR normal busines"HOURS OF OPERATION"My wife was there at 8:30 pm sharp and the pharmacy was closed. This isn't the first, second or third time. It's happened so many times that I've lost count. I had to change pharmacies because of it. Unfortunately, the prescription that I need isn't covered by insurance and its less expensive at CVS. Everytime I make the mistake of dealing with the CVS on 29 street, Huntington ,Its like getting burned and it turns into a miserable experience. It's uncanny, I kid you not. Moreover, my wife decided to do a little shopping and while doing so, a store employee started following her like she was going to steal something. I understand that if you look like someone that might do that, than by all means do so, but to stereotype someone that's dressed obviously nice and carries herself like a lady, doesn't deserve that. My wife's about to get a Batchulars degree in Crimina Justice, Human Services. What in the world is going on at this place!It's a pretty sad day in America that people and business are conducted this way at CVS on 29 Street. My whole family fought for this Country. Hell, my father died as direct result of his 20 years of service to this Country, and for somebody to treat myself or my wife like some second class citizen is an outrage! I just pray to God in heaven that things change soon!

Normally I have no problems but a few times they send me text saying prescription is ready but when I get there it isn't. I went back to get one i needed later and they had changed closing hours from 9 to 7. It was 7:10 so I was screwed. The employee had not let me know hours changed so I wasted time and gas. Even now their website is still giving old inaccurate hours. As a regular customer it would have been nice to receive a text informing of the change.

I love the reception I get when I walk through the doors at CVS everyone is smiling acting like they enjoy their jobs and it puts a smile on my face and that feel good feeling makes me enjoy where I'm at spending money

Brittany was very helpful in finding info to help us save on the prescription costs. She went above and beyond to help. Also noticed that she helped the lady before me with savings on her purchase. Very cheerful too.

Pharmacy has on multiple times not relayed accurate information and are routinely rude; when asked the name of the Pharmacy Manager they will not always tell you the truth. Impacts making a complaint to the appropriate person. Other pharmacists could care less. Best to address complaints to corporate office if you want a result. I stopped having my prescrptions filled there. I left one star because the front register employees are appropriately kind and informative.

Pharmacist Chris went above and beyond to get my dad's medicine. He called 3 times to relay what was going on and when I could expect to pick the meds up. It was such a relief to him helping things along.

I have been going to this same CVS for over thirty years. The staff is helpful and they have the best pharmacists in Huntington.
